T805 Nov01 The Personal Touch #1 Lana Murphy and her friend, Annette, place ads she for a roommate and Annette for a husband. Greg vets his brother Will's ad response and meets Lana, not Annette. Gregg is a real estate developer and has a project ready to go that includes urban development of the area that includes Lana's coffee shop building. They are adversaries. Will has the the best out look and gives Gregg the facts on where his priorities should be.

Although the hero was a jerk at the start of the story, I love the way her redeems himself. The heroine is a spunky, independent woman with just a touch of insecurity that's charming. Great way to spend a weekend morning. B rating.
