Beauty and the Beast: Night of Beauty is Based on the TV show created by Ron Koslow starring Linda Hamilton and Ron Perlman.

If you were a fan of the TV Series and was as sad to see it end as I was, this 56-page square bound "prestige" graphic novel might alleviate some of your yearning.

Wendy Pini tells a tale that fits well within the overall mytho, and her art is very nice, somewhat reminiscent of her work of Elfquest.

This book was from the year 1990 and it was so interesting to me since it was in a comic book theme and in the store bell isn't bell but Catherine, in the story "Bell" is dead and the beast has to learn to let her go.

This story takes place after Catherine's death....but offers a beautiful closure to their love that we never got with the show. This should have been an episode.

This story was beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. Catherine and Vincent’s love has always been so strong and encompassing, and now, it is truly timeless as well.

Wendy Pini is one-half of a husband and wife team with Richard Pini that created, most notably, the Elfquest series.

Wendy was born in California and adopted into the Fletcher Family in Santa Clara County. Early on, she developed as an artist and was the illustrator of her high school year book. She submitted samples of her artwork to Marvel Comics at 17 that were rejected.
