This is a good etiquette book whether you are in the professional business world or not. Very helpful tips, examples and suggestions on other books to read in every chapter. I am giving this to my 23 year old son to read next.

Great read!

As someone who has existed in the professional space for some time, I found this book informative and refreshing. I didn't start as a professional, as a high school drop out and run away I had to learn how to be a professional the hard way with contributions from several mentors along the way.

On the first read, A True Professional has done a few things for me. #1. It confirmed lessons I've picked up but also added depth and dimension to each. #2 It has given me 6 things to focus on, some of which I have been only slightly aware. #3 It provided me with specific steps to enhance my own level of professionalism.

Thank you, Michael! I'm sure this book will soon line the shelves of many people. Successful people that is!
