"If your life has been touched by magic, you can't go back to pretending it doesn't exist."

I Haven't read such an amazing PNR/UF book in a while. It had it all: action, humor, suspense, romance and more. Soulmates is the sequel to Karma (the first book in the Drag.Me.To.Hell series). In Karma we met Amanda and Alex and had a look into their very complicated and volatile relationship. Even though they have this love/hate relationship, they have eac
3.5 stars!

Soulmates picks up shortly after Karma ended and we are thrown back in the world of magic, mystery, and suspense. Amanda is attending a school in New York City trying to live a normal, magic free life. This isn't easy when she is plagued with nightmares and has a constant bad feeling of being watched. These weird things don't seem insignificant when it becomes apparent that she may actually be in danger.

Things start happening that make Amanda question what's going on around her. Ma

Let me start by saying that I was given an ARC of Soulmates for an honest review basically because I loved Karma, the first book in the Drag Me to Hell Series, and bugged the author until she caved and let me read it! Love you Nadine!

This book was phenomenal! I finished in less than 24 Hours because I just hated putting it down! The story picks up where Karma left off. Amanda leaves behind her witchy ways in an attempt to have a regular life. Go to college, get a job, date....do all the things
So don't ask me how it happened, clearly me just not paying attention and getting so excited about a books synopsis that I disregarded the facts, but I managed to go into this book not realizing it was a second in a series, I have no excuse. The good thing however is that Nadine does a wonderful job in giving us the background we need in Soul Mates that you won't be lost one bit and you won't feel like you're being overwhelmed with unnecessary 'history' if you're smarter than me and read the fir ...more

Let's start by saying you do want to get Karma the first in the Drag.Me.To.Hell.Series. I started this book without reading book one and just felt cheated because i had no idea what was going on. So please do yourself a favor and get it. Soulmates pick up right where Karma left off too.

Alex is a self righteous witch hunter. Amanda is badass mouthy witch. They loved each other at one point, but a witch and hunter are doomed before they ever begin. They both kept secrets that when they finally t

Amanda was a witch and Alec was a witch hunter they were born and raised to hate each other as technically Amanda and Alec were enemies. Alec and Amanda want nothing to do with each other. Amanda is living in NY going to school at NYU and had a waitressing job - trying to live like a normal person with a magic free life and that wasn’t easy. She keeps having nightmares of Alec being hurt and dying. Amanda had promised to not try to contact Alec but something is going on. The nightmares are reall ...more

Soulmates is an exceptionally good paranormal suspense, with a dash of romance on the side. This is book 2 of a series and although I hadn’t read book 1 I could easily pick up the story. However you might want to read book 1 first – especially if it is as good and as well written as THIS book is. I won’t spoil the plot, and you can read the blurb, but Amanda, Alex and a few others embark on a quest to find Alex’s soul mate. This involves a long road trip, encounters with some of Alex’s exes, a b ...more

At the end of “Karma”, first in the 'Drag Me To Hell' series, Amanda drives away to her new life, secure in the knowledge that she will never, ever, see Alex again. It's time for her life as a student and worker to begin and for witchcraft to be ignored.
Yeah, right! It just takes 100 pages for Alex and his his brother Jesse to show up on her doorstep. Alex, straight-laced hunter of witches and demons, has done something completely out of character by selling his soul to the Devil - payment, i.e.

Soulmates by Nadine Nightingale
“Drag me to hell, 5 stars”

When I reviewed Karma the first book in the series I said Karma was probably my favorite paranormal book that I had reviewed in a long time. Well Karma, Soulmates just pushed you aside, and I can say it’s been favorite paranormal read since Karma came out. Soulmates sucks you in and there is no stopping. Theres action, suspense, mystery, with a hint of romance. Its straight up addicting.

What an ending

3.5 stars for book two in the drag me to hell series. I hate to say this but the first part of this book was hard to get through. In the first book we are introduced to Amanda and she is just really unlikable. But the story is really good. Well in book two you still have a really unlikable character but the story has hit a plateau. About half way through the story starts to pick back up again and I'm totally into it. Alex and Amanda's relationship is stupid and childish and I reall

Soulmates is Book 2 in the Drag.Me.To.Hell. Series. If you haven't read Karma, you seriously need to! It is the best Paranormal I've read in ages! The story is so unique and you will easily get lost in the pages.

In Soulmates we pick up where we left off in Karma. Amanda has started attending NYU and she actually has a normal waitressing job. She is sharing an apartment with her Bff Bonnie and Chelsea, aka the Nun. But Amanda is restless. She keeps having nightmares about Alex. Should she contac

I read the first book in the series after a friend recommended it to me. I loved Karma and eagerly anticipated the latest installment, Soulmates. I was not disappointed! I found myself blocking out the world in order to find out what would happen next. This book had everything I look for in a great read: Humor, amazing characters, plot twists and turns, mystery, and suspense. I was literally on the edge of my seat near the end of the story and I’m going to go crazy until the third book comes out ...more

Keeps getting better!!!

And I thought Karma was amazing! This book just upped the ante, with the new characters, new mission, more snark and sarcasm, and more explosive arguments! I swear, Amanda Bishop is my new hero!

This story is the kind that you won't be able to put down! The kind that will get you addicted to all the witches and witch hunters! The kind that will make you stay up until dawn reading because you just had to get to the bottom of it! The kind that will have you asking for more!!

I'm in awe of Nadine, this book is fantastic.

I don't normally like paranormal books but this one is beautiful, how manda goes to help out Alex after that daft sod did something stupid. but when things don't go to plan Amanda then decided to do something even worse to save Alex's life.

I didny wasn't this book to end, I love Amanda and Alex together is amazing

thank you for a brilliant read Nadine

Well this is book 2 and it picks up right after book 1 I mean time has passed but not much. Amanda saved Jesse and a bunch of kids, now Alex needs her. Amanda is now going to college with Bonnie and is trying to live a normal life. She has a job, as a waitress and she goes to school. No magic. But she keeps having nightmares about Alex dying. Then Jesse shows up to Amanda's door with a very messed up Alex.
Things that were hinted at in the last book are finale revealed. I really enjoyed this Aut

"I love the way we hate" ~ Alex
Throughout the story, I felt that what Alex and Amanda's relationship was. They love to hate each other. But I hope they will eventually decide to give each other a chance at love. This book continued where the first one left with the biggest question at the end of the first book answered, what did Alex do.

This book is better than the first one and I absolutely loved Karma. Amanda is not the selfish witch everyone but Bonnie thinks she is. I wanted this book to never end of takes a hold of you and your unable to put it down. I just needed to find out what happened next. This is definitely a must read series. I can't recommend it enough.

Witches, witch hunters, demons, natural enemies and mystery are all the stuff Paranormal is made of.

I totally enjoyed reading Soulmates (Drag.Me.To.Hell.Series Book 2). Soulmates kept me very interested to know what the next pages were to show me, so it was not hard to read and not want to stop.

Nadine Nightingale writes her story with words that captivates you once you start with page 1.

5 Stars!!
(Updated, because I don’t know what the heck happened to my actual review?!)

This…this right here is the paranormal romance I have been looking for. Witches, hunters, demons…I mean really, what more can you ask for? Oh, wait…you want a steamy, I-hate-you-but-I-really-love-you romance?? You got it. Danger. Yep. That’s there, too.

Soulmates picks up after the end of Karma. Me being me, I hadn’t read Karma. When I realized I should, I stopped, grabbed it, read it, thanked the book gods and t

5 Stab-Worthy Stars

WOW. Just simply wow. I was left with a book hangover after having read Karma (the first book in the Drag Me To Hell series), and Nadine Nightingale did not disappoint with Soulmates.

The series centers around Amanda, a witch, and Alexander, a hunter. The two of them are natural born enemies, who have a complicated romantic history. Alex and Amanda were back where they left off from the first book, with just as much tension betwe

Soulmates is the second book in the Drag Me To Hell series BUT it can be read on it's own. While there is talk about what happened previously it is fleshed out enough in this book that you can easily understand and follow. The heroine, Amanda Bishop, is a witch who has decided to hang up her spells and do the "normal" thing. College, job, dating. Things are okay until she starts having horrendous nightmares and seeing things in the shadows.

Soulmates is a highly enjoyable paranormal read. Ms. Nig

Oh my goodness. This crazy ride of a book was perfect! I loved the hot always ready to boil over chemistry, the intricate characters and the TENSION. The whole book is full of moments making you feel every emotion and like you are in the story living the things they are. Beautiful story that all Karma lovers need. NOW.

I was kindly given an arc copy in exchange for an honest review. Nadine completely blew me out of the water with this book! The story line was perfect, and the characters well developed. It's a page turner, just like Karma. The story takes off to new places, and I am dying for the next book. The story is well detailed with realistic angles to it. Amanda is the main character, and she is fierce yet loving and the hero is self righteous but loves her whether either of them believes it or not. This ...more

Sleep? What is this.. sleep?

Once again, I had to sacrifice sleep out of a need to know what happens in one of Nightingale's books. This book was fan-freakin-tastic! I detest spoilers, so I won't get into all the reasons why Soulmates is awesome. Let me just say, this is definitely worth reading. Just make sure you start it on a day you don't need to do anything but read.
