Omg, I have to say it.
A demon on the streets and a king in the sheets. ;) xD

•Just something unrelated, but also related: Verrin reminds me a little of the song Just Can't Let Her Go covered by Rajiv Dhall.

•So here you have the stereotypes: Verrin, who's a great chef, his brothers (who he lists into stereotypes, which I found pretty chuckle worthy), the MC who's insecure about her body and a librarian, Felicia who's the mean girl, and the evil empress (who's name I can't spell by memory for the l

I received this book in exchange for an honest review through Lovers of Paranormal.

This book is a solid 2.5-3 for me which is a good thing, considering my most recent reviews. A Demon in my Bed follows the trope of having a sex-god manly man seduce and sex up a young insecure woman. We've seen this plot line before. It crosses genres. Historical romance. Paranormal. Erotica. Science Fiction. Dinosaur porn (At least, I'm sure that's a genre. Not my cup of tea but I don't judge.)

So here's the good

So, I have a new book boyfriend.... Verrin is the bees knees, and I may have tried that summoning spell myself once or twice. Any scenes with his brothers were a lot of fun. And Cass! That is a girl after my own heart. And she works in a library! I'm so jealous of her life. I had so much fun reading this book and look forward to the next one in the series coming out later this year. I definitely need to know what happens next for Cass and my boys.

Wowsaaaaa !!! I do not want this book to end.. This series is going to be awesomazingwowtastic !! I cannot believe that Ms Winters is a new author.. She writes with such finesse and the way the story progresses is lovely.. I like that each character has a depth and none of them are bland and boring.. The story had the perfect combination of loyalty, seduction, love, brotherhood and even comedy !!

Verrin is a sexy, Alpha-like incubus, but he still so courteous and in a way, a contradiction to how

A Demon in My Bed
Sons of Sariel, Volume 1
By: Sarah Winters
Narrated by: Logan McAllister

Sarah Winters is a talented author, she created such an imaginative world where Angels, Demons, Demigods, Incubus, Vampires, Shifters and other supernatural creatures exist, as well as humans. The storylines she created are interesting and just as imaginative. I love how she brings these supernatural and mythological beings into the modern world

A Demon in My Bed is a well written book by Sarah Winters, my first one from this author and probably not my last. This book is packed with lots and lots of steam, so be prepared but what do you expect when a paranormal story is about the not so often written about incubus? I always enjoy it when an author choose a paranormal entity that is not commonly written about, especially when it is well done. The plot is unique and well developed. There are some nice twists hidden within and the pace is ...more

I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

Fist off I am blown away that this the first book By Ms. Winters because I am full on in for the long run. I love the world building and the characters. I want to know more and before I even finished the book I was looking to make sure she was writing more.

I enjoy books that have a world building with Greek Mythology, as I love the different stories and incorporations. What I really loved is that Ms Winters did her research a

A tentative five stars.

This book does NOT contain the standard paranormal romance plot. When the first chapters introduced five unmarried incubi and two unmarried women, the final outcome seemed clear to me: Brother 1 gets Girl A, and the rest happens in the next volume of the series.

It's not as cliché by far. The five incubi are very different characters, the main one (#1), who is inadvertently summoned by a cute librarian (#A) reading a single Latin sentence aloud, is rather different from his

A Demon in My Bed was my first novel by Sarah Winters and I enjoyed this paranormal tale. Apart from romance I loved that this novel had a plot which included some mystery and suspense. The story was well-written and very descriptive. Apart from humans there were incubi, succubus, vampire, shifters, angels and even demi-Gods. With some twists and turns you wont expect this page-turner will keep you hooked from start to finish.
I listened to the audible version which was narrated by Logan McAllis

Looking forward to more

Honestly I came across this book by chance while looking for something else but I am so glad I took a chance on it. I enjoyed the story immensely and can not wait for the next lot of books in the series. I found the characters interesting and fun with great interaction between them all. The author did really well at introducing characters and explaining what they were and a bit of background on them too. I got a little bit confused as to whether we were meant to like or di

I couldn’t get enough!! 💞

This book was absolutely amazing. Just the right amount of paranormal, sex and humor. These brothers are amazing and I’m so excited about book 2. The narration was absolutely perfect. There were so many different characters and Logan was able to seamlessly move from one character to another making sure the listener could easily distinguish the difference between all the characters. Brilliant!! I highly recommend this book!

Cass is a sweet librarian that uncovers a mythical book in a second hand store. This leads to her summoning an incubus. This story is witty, the characters are wonderful.

I could not put this book down. Can't wait for the next in the series. I loved the action scenes and the humour. And I will never look at antique books in a used-book store the same way ever again lol

New Writer in Town

I am not your young teenage reader. Yet this book was recommended to me by a young teenage reader who was involved with its creation. As a favor to her I began reading this book. I found it to be real in its characters, but mysterious in its content. I checked on its mythology, and was stunned to find it was researched better than I might have supposed. I began to get the feeling that a certain wizard had begun writing books.
As the pages melted away I also found I was rooting f

Sarah Winters lives in Prince Edward Island, Canada. She has been writing since she was in elementary and self-published her first book in 2017. Having always had an active imagination and an introvert personality, writing seemed the best career choice. She believes you can never have enough socks and always needs more bookshelves for her ever expanding library. She writes best on rainy days with ...more
