Pebbles in my Shoe will be a break-through book for many who desire authentic relationships. All of us have had, at some time, a relationship go south or become so tense we dread seeing a person we used to fully enjoy being around. Sometimes the tension or conflict is with someone at work, a neighbor, friend, or even a family member. Linda Outka lays out a contextual framework for understanding where conflicts originate that applies in any situation. Then she lays out a down-to-earth, practical guide for working through the conflict in a way that is respectful, deepens understanding and encourages a more authentic relationship going forward. It is do-able and encourages personal growth along the way. This is one you’ll want to hang on to, and you’ll want to buy copies to give away to friends.
