I know I've said this a few times before and I swear I've meant it each and every time, but really THIS is HJ Bellus' best book to date! HART! Oh, HART! I fell in love with his character since he first got introduced in book 2, Gravity (all books can be read as standalone novels!). I was STOKED when I found out he was getting his own book and well, HJ Bellus did NOT disappoint.

You see, Hart has this charming, easy-going, funny personality you can't help but connect and fall in love with. He is

"Nothing will ever change my mind about you. That's what love is."

Only one word could describe this book in its entirety...Gripping.
It grips your heart, your soul, and your deepest emotions. It holds onto you from the first page...and it truly doesn't let you go. It stays with you.

HJ Bellus has captured my heart once again with this tale of love, loss, and finding your true self. Right from the start you are taken for a ride. So, hold on to your socks!

When I first met Hart within this series, I

I absolutely love H.J and her writing. I have read most of her books and I have to say this one has become my favorite. She touched so many emotions with this book. It was extremely well written and had you hooked from the beginning to the end. I honestly want to make Hart my book boyfriend for life. To bad we cant clone him into a real person. Seriously Hart is just down right yummy. He has the biggest heart , cares no loves his mom like nothing in this world and loves hard. He would make any g ...more

The Traveller by HJ Bellus is the third book in this series.
Book one is Royal Atlas. Book two Gravity.
The Traveller can be read as stand-alone.
This is Harts story.
Hart Richards left his friend Cub, Cubs wife and kids and their co-owned Bedn Breakfast to tend to his terminal ill mother.
There in Nashville he meets his fate, his one, his soulmate.
The Traveller is a great read, a wonderful love story. This story has it all, great feelings, love, hate, pain- there is so much pain, two people with sca

The Traveler

Amazing story written by HJ Bellus. The Traveler, a story about a man going home after several long years to see his mom whose cancer has gotten worse. While there he meets a young but shy woman who is fighting her own demons. Read and find out what happens to these two people after they meet.

Hart and Savanna..what a beautiful love story. What a beautiful, sad love story. I'm shocked that I didn't cry like a baby while reading this book. Although this book was sad..there was just enough happiness that I was okay. And that made me enjoy this book even more. And Izzy..missed little Amos😉 Great job HJ!

HJ Bellus paints beautiful fairy tales that I never want to end. It never fails, it always takes me longer to finish the last book in her series. Why? Because she develops the characters & stories so well, that you are living these stories right along with the characters.
Hart is one of the army brother's, great uncle by day & notorious playboy by night. Until his life gets turned upside down, when his mother finally succumbs to her illness. Hart returns home to help care for his mother

Oh going to give warning will need tissues reading this book! I personally love when reading a book and you can feel all the emotions...that is definitely what will happen with reading The Traveller. H.J. Bellus has done it again with her writing. What a beautifully sad story. So much heartache with the same amount of happiness. This is the third and final book in the series. My favorite line is : "It saddens me to see such a happy soul being tortured by the cruel fate of life."
I read this book through Kindle Unlimited. The writing is good and the story is told through alternating pov's. This is the third book in a series although I didn't know this at the time and it isn't marked that way. I did not read the first two and feel that may be why I didn't really connect with this book. It also felt like it left a lot of things unresolved and unexplained. The whole Blake, Belle and his father issue never made any sense to me. This review contains mild spoilers.

Honestly, if it wasn't for the first 10% of this book I would have given this book 5 stars. Why wasn't I warned that there would be a scene with an OW and worse of all, that scene was totally pointless. At least that was all before he met the heroine. But imagine how disappointed I was when I found out that Lou, the girl he slept with wasn't the heroine and instead was an OW. I would have been fine if the author just said ok Hart is a manwhore, I didn't need to see him in action. Plus, he was pr ...more

I have absolutely loved this series and each time I get to the end of the book I go this is the best one yet, well I am about to repeat myself and The Traveller being the third and last is the best. Hart and Savannah Ray's story warmed my heart, it made me laugh and like the other two books before it had me crying a river. Let me tell you if you play the song that Savannah Ray sings for Hart make sure you have a big box of tissues because the tears will be big, fat and ugly. The way Hart brings ...more

Hart's Mom is dying of cancer, so he leaves the bed and breakfast to go back home and help take care of her. She is living with her sister Peaches who owns a country music bar. Hart's father was abusive, especially after his sister Belle was killed and Hart took his mother away to her sister to protect her as she had been diagnosed with cancer then. His mother made him enlist in the army. Now all these years later, the cancer is back.

His first night at Peaches' bar he meets Vannie, who is a wai

Getting to the Hart of the problem

This book is about Hart and Savannah. Both of who have had rough childhoods. Hart is one of the Band Of Brothers. He owns the bed and breakfast. A hot man with tattoos and long hair. He left Tennessee when he was old enough to join the Army. Never returning there. He got a call from his Aunt Peaches (not because she's sweet) that his mother's cancer is back. And she doesn't have much time. So he leaves Montana to go to his mom. He meets Savannah at the bar Peach

OH I HAVE LOVED THIS TRIO OF BOOKS!! I don't want to call it a trilogy because each is a book of it's own but they are VERY connected. This one was not quit as emotional as the others but Vannie definitely has a heartbreaking story. The love of Hart helps her heal. Her loves helps him cope with the a big heartbreak that is coming in his life.
HJ Bellus never fails to write a story that grabs me and never let's go. Her stories are full of heartbreak, angst and most importantly always a beautiful

As all the books in this series love, I laughed and cried with these characters.
Hart is sexy, extroverted and charming that makes you fall in love with him and even though the pain is present in his life he never loses the smile or the humor to make the people he loves happy.
Vannie has a heartbreaking past and struggles alone to get ahead and does not let anyone get close to Hart. He manages to get into her life and into her heart, making her become a strong and secure woman.

What an Adventurous Story

This was such a unique story. The storyline and characters were realistic and believable. I loved how Hart, who was all Alpha and caveman, broke down and fell in love with Vannie. His love for his mommas and his niece was so precious. The strength he gave everyone around him was brilliantly portrayed. I cried with this book too but it was so worth it. Loved how in the end all the main characters from the Series were updated and given a place in this book. Amazing and Awe

Hart is heading home to take care of his dying mother. When he gets knocked on his butt by love. He never thought love was in the cards for him because he never felt settled but now that he's meet savanna ray he knows he's home with her. Savanna has been through quite a lot for as young as she is. It will take Hart a lot of patience to break down her walls. Once they wade through everything they are stronger than ever. Some hot sex scenes. Fantastic ending.

This book is a work of art. You laugh, you cry, and you love the characters and their flaws. H.J. , the story is brilliant and I have enjoyed Ahren's books for years as well! Hart and Vannie are a couple who are meant to be together. He just had to peel back the layers of her past for her to see it, and herself. Joy is contagious and Hart is so funny and kind that her heart is drawn in. Read this book, it's a good one.

Hart stole my Heart

I don't even know where to begin with how much I loved this book. Hart is amazingly sweet and loving with Vannie. He recognized that she needed to be with him on her time line and when she finally let him in her heart it was amazing!!! I loved Harts banter with his Aunt and how much he loved his mother. If you want to read an amazing love story this is definitely one!!

If one word from the most important person in your life could make you drop everything else in your life without hesitation, would there be anything to hold you back?

What if the situation was opposite...what if you had no one in your life, no one that cared, what could make you stay?

For Hart the worst possible news has him dropping everything in his life to rush to the side of his dying mother. He's devoted to those he loves, quirky, fun loving, and loyal to a fault. (Wow when put like that...wh

Hart of Gold

This story is the culmination of this series. Hart is gold and Vannie had me from the second she kicked that stool out from under him. These two deserve every bit of love that heads their way. This story was a balm to my soul after the tears I shed for all the characters in this series. Amazing work with this lovely world.

What a great way to end the three books!! I didn't know how I felt about Hart. I felt like we got to know him, but not REALLY so I didn't know what to expect. I liked the book though!! I love that Stent & Guy & Molly & Gracie made an appearance too, though I do wish there was more of them in the book. I'd read it again and while it was my least fav of the 3 books, it was a solid read!

This was a super cute read. Hart’s relationship with his family was amazingly written and I loved the banter - I really hope my family are that kooky together at that age! Hart and Vannie’s story was really sweet and I’m glad that they found happiness despite the darkness haunting their pasts. Really greatly written story that I couldn’t put down and a terrific end to this series.

Fabulously written story

Get the tissues ready, this is a tearjerker. A lovely story about two broken people healing each other. HJ Bellus writes the most amazing characters. I immediately fell in love with them. I laughed, cried, giggled, and cried, got angry and cried some more. Wonderful story.
