In my motorcycle club I've earned the name 'Reaper' and now I have my claim on Abby Harrison.
I didn't know what love was, but I knew what want was, and I wanted Abby. When I walked out of the club and saw her I was stone cold sober. She was quietly beautiful and unlike any other woman I'd had before. But she was the daughter of the president of Satan's Sons MC a

I received this book in ebook format in exchange for an honest review.

If you follow my goodreads or youtube channel, you know that motorcycle club based books are a weakness of mine. And my obsession with that started when I stumble across the TV show, Sons of Anarchy. I loved the grittiness of the plot line, and how not everything was white or black. I also really like the brotherhood that the MC was based on. Overall, it was a great TV show that really took hold of you.

Now, Reaper's Claim

I do not like New Adult Romance genre much. But Biker clubs are a weakness of mine. And just look at that cover. I totally had the hots for Reaper from first glance. I knew what sort of story it was going to be. After being familiar with bike gang workings (Binge-watched SOA), I had an idea of what I was getting into. What I did not expect was getting sucked in so badly on an emotional level.

This was my first book by this author and I will 100% read the next book from this series cause of the cliffhanger but, that being said I don't really know how I feel about this book. Which is a first for me, lol. I enjoyed the general plot and storyline but, I hated and I mean absolutely fucking hated Abby!!!!! She was annoying, childish, bratty & I swear manic!!! She started out the sweet and innocent virgin giving it up to Reaper/Kade then turned into a raging slut over sometimes imaginary si ...more

This really does seem like it might eventually led somewhere decent, but I just don't have the patience for it. The 'heroine' Abby and her sister are arguing every other page, and I mean calling each other horrible names and threatening to off each other. Her sister, Kim, is Abby's biggest bully in school, but then Abby suddenly grows a spine at home and tells Kim she'll knock her teeth out. Uhh, which one is it?
Reaper seems like an ok guy, but *shrugs* don't really care.

Motorcycle club romances seem to be one of the most popular kinds of romance novels out there. Another extremely popular one is the millionaire – and this is what I usually end up reading. I don’t know why such is the case, yet it is. However, after reading Reaper’s Claim, I’m of the belief that I now need to start picking up more of those motorcycle club reads. There are a few sitting on my Kindle waiting to be read, but if this one is anything to go by, then I’m going to need more.

When I first read the book description of ‘Reaper’s Claim’ this book sounded like a very fun read. I haven’t read many MC novels, but the ones I did read I loved so I decided to accept the review request and started reading as fast as I could.

To me this is a very hard review to write because I had so many different feelings about this book. But I’m going to try to write them down the best I can. When I started reading ‘Reaper’s Claim’ I found myself being easily fascinated by the characters. Abb

"The regret boiled within his eyes and his face twisted with guilt. "I'm sorry darling, I know you can't forgive me for this yet, but I wanted you to know I'm sorry. Sorry. Did it even fix it? Why do people think they can do awful things and then just throw sorry at the end of it like all is forgiven.".....

Abby Harrison is the daughter of Jed Harrison. Jed is the President of Satan's Sons Mother Charter. Her and her twin sister, Kim, grew up among the bikers and under their protection.

I was really surprised by how much I enjoyed this book. There were things that I wasn't too happy about, like all the back and forth between Reaper (Kade) and Abby. It eventually began to play like a broken record, one minute they loved each other, the next minute they weren't talking. I wanted them to be together so much because it shows that even though he is bad for her - they could make it work. But there was so much that I loved and so much that annoyed me about this book. What I liked about Reaper’s Claim:

1) It was a motorcycle club book. I am slightly obsessed with them since getting an ARC last year. I don’t know why. Maybe it is the allure of a bad boy or maybe it is the romance that comes with the story. I really don’t know why I am obsessed with them.

2) The realistic look on motorcycle clubs. I said above that I am slightly obsessed with motorcycle club books. But it doesn’t mean that I am blind to when they are being showed as bikers with hearts of gold. It

I don't find too many books about reaper's so when I do I can't wait to read them. This book's characters twin sisters who are very much opposite of each other is good. One sister is an artist and one sister a party animal. This book did remind of the old TV show "Sister, Sister" a little bit. I think the characters were likeable to me and I think the story is great for a young adult audience. I enjoyed the book. * I received this book from the author---this is my honest review* ...more

I don't normally leave reviews...but for this one I will.

I love a good MC romance. Hell, I love a good romance. So I was excited to read this one based off of the synopsis. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations.

My first problem with this book was it was never clear on where this was taking place. Based off certain weather and scenery descriptions, I assumed it was the states. However, everyone was definitely from the UK. I found myself having to mentally change out certain words so that

A slew of leather vests, tattoos, an MC and a fight for love… Give me a motorcycle club romance and I am a smitten kitten.

I was immediately pulled into this novel, the first I’ve read by Simone Elise. The author did a great job of drawing the readers attention instantly and I was hooked. This novel definitely has the bones of a well thought out motorcycle club romance and I found myself not being able to put it down. I was surprised at the length originally and I found that there were parts the

I'm definitely conflicted on this book, which is the reason for my rating. I enjoyed the book, it was a long story and I read it in 1/2 days so I can say that the book did capture my attention. To me the main thing I liked about this book was the character's, I thought the character's were very well developed. They draw you in to the story, and I fell in love with Reaper's character. Alright, alright! I'm a part of Inkitt's Romance Review Club and got an ARC of Reaper's Claim for an honest review! And before you say I'm only basing my opinions on the ARC, I also got a copy of the finished book on Kindle. Perhaps as a warning, I should say that I did not like this book.

This really wasn't my favorite book. One word came to mind when reading. Amateur.

Let's start with the technical things that bothered me.

It was catnip. MC romance yum-yum. It started off really (really!) great...then I hit a few bumps and slowed to being good, then bumps became snags and it shifted to being just okay and finally toward the end, it a little too off beat and started losing me. Thankfully, the author broke the "in case of emergency" glass, pulled the safety lever and began to right the ship but a lot went rather wrong before it became right with too little time to balance the experience for me. The characters began ...more

Reaper's Claim by Simone Elise is outstanding. It has everything one needs a hot action packed novel. Heat, sexy characters, and an emotional rollercoaster. The family situation is not normal but it works out for Abby and her sister as well as their dad. Being a single parent to raise his kids, he brought them to live in his biker bar. All the bikers know to respect the girls. Abby and her sister are 16-years-old and compete opposites. Abby is the studious good girl type while her sister is outg ...more

Honestly, I was intrigued when I first heard about this book. I have never read a book on a MC romance but previously I was very hooked on the series of Sons of Anarchy so I figured I'd give this book a try. I gave the book 3 stars, leaning more towards 3 1/2 stars because the book had plenty of high points and kept me intrigued.

The beginning of the book was very addicting, for the first couple days I could not put the book down! Even if the characters could be occasionally childish and annoying

I received an arc for an honest review from the publisher.

Wow this is a very long book and this is story writing at its best !!

This was the first book I have read from Simone Elise and I can honestly say it will not be my last. The story of two young girls (twins) that get in to lots of trouble living in a MC family, you can just imagine what they get up to. The story takes you from their teens into womanhood. I cried I laughed and I screamed all the way through the book. This story kept me so i

I love mc novels, so I jumped at the chance to get my hands on this book. It has all the things I love when I pick of an mc novel.

So I liked the very beginning of this book. I loved the background of the mc club and Abby's life growing up in a mc club and being raised around that type of lifestyle. I found that I loved her character at the very beginning of this book. She was smart, spunky, and could her own. I immediately loved Rea

4.5 for me. First, I must say that I had my reservations about the author because of the first book I read of her's, but reading this taught me the valuable lesson of never judging an entire author's work based on one book. This was AMAZING, a constant chaos of toxic romance... or was it? I love this a lot for two reasons: 1- a lot goes on, and where I'm used to some authors stopping at points in the books to keep the series'
