The Wonder of Whales is a nice Juvenile Nonfiction pick for the grade-school set. Basic facts about whales are introduced, such as their diet, habits, environment, and threats to their survival. I was glad to see the book focused entirely upon whales in the wild, rather than marine park performers.

The end of the book boasts a really great couple of lines:
