I Love this book for three reasons.
#1. It's filled with lots of tips.
#2. You can really relate to all the characters.
#3. Most of all it is a great book and most 9-13 year old girls would really love this book.

Lots of good information, although it was more focused on things to do with your friends than "these are the things that make good friends." Of course, this way it would be much more interesting to an adolescent.
