This book does not even deserve one star, but sadly you can not give a book lower than that. I don't like writing reviews like this, but this book is flat out useless. This was a waste of my time, I could have been reading a book that could actually help me. This book is literally stating the obvious ie. making a daily routine etc. I am trying to better myself this year, and this book is not going to help with that at all. I am pretty sure everybody knows everything that is written in this book. My 6-year-old niece even knows how important it is to have a routine. Useless, falt hour useless. Just don't even waste your time looking at it, let alone reading it.

Sorry, in my honest opinion the book was a waste of my valuable time. There was nothing written that truly improves life to create a marvelous anything.

Good tips, easy to read, valuable information

This was an easy to read, fast book, that gets to the point of morning and evening routines, with doable recommendations of how to achieve control over your mornings. His hints and his additional tools are practical and written in an everyday language, surely a good abstract from some known sources, I will put in practice! You might just dive in and try out, I’ m already doing it!

Inspirational

Excellent ideas, doesn't patronize you. Even if you don't agree or can't implement all of them, there are many many great tips for starting the day positively. This of course doesn't just relate to the morning but will have a knock on effect to your whole day. 1440 minutes a day each really struck a chord.

I read this book for the hpootp flourish and blotts reading challenge. I used 2023 reading challenge prompt read a book written by a bipoc author. I liked this book. It was informative, well written and easy to read. Unfortunatly for me I have read so many of these books that it really wasn't a new or life changing info in it. This is not the fault of the author though. Its still a good book.

It Covers the Basics

A readable book on getting the day started right - starting with getting the night started right. Nothing here that you won’t find most everywhere else. Good, basic advice in a quick read.

A concise manual for understanding the simple influence of a morning routine.

Some of the material seemed directly ripped from Tony Robbins' work, but if you can get past that, it's a good primer for those who have never been exposed to it, and a good reinforcement for those of us who have done Hour of Power or similar programs.

Felt more like a blogpost. Gave it two stars because it changed my perspective in one aspect but that’s about it. Brought nothing new to the table sadly.

We have limited time. Time is same as money, valuable and spendable. However time is way more valuable because you cannot produce more of it. Building habits are the key to preserve your time. For now, a very neutral read.

I can only echo what previous reviews have said, in that this is just stating the obvious. I did find though that it left me feeling a little inspired and asking myself, ‘why CAN’T I get up early in the morning and enjoy some of the magic?’ Just an extra hour in the morning would allow me to get so much more done. It’s a great a idea and certainly did inspire me, sadly the book is just full of common sense, hence just a 2-star review.
