Data Driven: Desert Inquiries

Rate this book
Rich Williams is going to live.

After months of excruciating treatments for pancreatic cancer, Rich has discovered that the clinical trials were a façade for something much more involved. Now that he is no longer dying, Rich has a new lease on life and a new appreciation for his desires, including Doctor Lindsey Emory.

Now questioning her uncharacteristically reckless decision to research a clinical trail resulting in the loss of her medical residency, Lindsey Emory has been relegated to moving back in with her parents. She wishes that she had never made the decision to investigate the company that had provided data for the trial, but then she would never have met the man that was making her heart beat a little too fast for comfort.

After three rounds on a slot machine Rich finds himself inviting the delectable Doctor Emory to Las Vegas for a hot desert vacation. Little does he know that Lindsey will not be the only person joining him on his excursion.

Rich and Lindsey enter the heat of the Arizona desert amongst a colorful assortment of characters. Inquiries abound as to the personalities and intentions of each hiker. Unsure if they want to know the answers, Lindsey and Rich continue down the trail of uncertainty, not willing to walk away for fear that they would lose each other.
