It was time to take a wife. Sheik Droon Al-Hassair had escaped assassination attempts, regained his country and recovered the economy. His country was thriving now. It was time to take the next step and ensure his country’s prosperity by creating an heir.
His lovely assistant Lina was just the woman for the job. But every time he got her to open up, she would cringe away. She was such a passionate woman when he took her into his arms at night, but during the daylight, she acted as if she’d done something wrong.
Not to mention, one issue after another kept him from discussing his intentions with the lovely Lina, frustrating him and he could see the confusion in her own beautiful eyes.
It was time to take control. And the best place to do that was his home in Montana. Lina didn’t understand, but she would!

Elizabeth lives in Virginia with her husband and two children. Their home is just outside of Washington, D.C., and many of her novels are set in this area.
The book started out pretty well. The story is between Droon, the king and his assistant Lina. Lina has seen women going in and out of the king's life. When one morning, he kisses her unexpectedly, she is confused- and tries to resist. Droon has been attracted to Lina for long, and as he's expected to marry, he chooses his life partner in Lina. Now my issues - the heroine is TSTL most of the time. She was hesitant in making any decision and sticking to it throughout the book. She also jumped to conclusions - the hero says he's been attracted to heroine from the start. But then why Few sweet love scenes but overall average. Unsafe 3/5
I ended up enjoying it, so I decided to read the series from the very beginning. Also, because reading this book sometimes made me feel like I jumped into a new world where I was supposed to know who was who, and I just had a difficult time figuring out the characters.
Aside from that minor complaint, this was a pretty fast, romantic read that was just great for passing the time.
Lina was Sheikh Droon’s personal assistant for a year. One morning, he suddenly kissed her when she woke him up. He told all his ministers that he will marries her but kept it secret from her. He slept with her and she tried to make it a one night stand but he demanded his guards to follow her everywhere. She saw the news of him with a woman which was Fleur. She was ready to resign but he rejected her request and brought her to Montana. There he proposed to her after he just realized he had loved her since her interview. Duh.

I loved this story! Full of drama, emotion, sexual tension, attraction, chemistry...and so very full of humor, which is rare in many of today's romance novels! There is just enough intrigue to keep readers on their toes, enough romance to keep the soft-hearted near tears, and enough sexual tension to keep the hearts of all pumping in anticipation. Well done, Elizabeth Lennox. You knocked this one out of the park!
Oh Droon, any woman would swoon, only by looking at him, and most women do. Lina, she tried to keep her distance, she wanted Droon so much, and being his personal assistant it would be inappropriate for her to have a relationship with him. But one kiss, one night, oh she wanted more. Droon wanted more, Lina kept him at a distance. This is a short, wonderful HEA book!
I like it, wish it was longer because they are some questions I would have like answer. This book was great for me because I needed a short book to read right now because of my schedule. So it gave me what I need, not what I want.
This book is well written and worth every dollar I paid for it. It’s a book that I would read again also. I just love a story that flows. Oh and the happy ever at the end is great!!!
I liked this book from the start. I knew I was going to like Droon’s story. Sheikh stories always intrigue me. This is one of the better stories in this series. I wish this book had a epilogue. Overall, it was good.
This is the 4th book in the series and it was good. It didn’t feel complete, very rushed and no good ending. It was too short, so the plot and characters weren’t fully developed.
I love reading Elizabeth Lennox's books and this series has been a lot of fun to read. Each book is a story into itself but believe when I tell you that you will want to read all the stories in this series to understand this amazing family and how they click together and apart.
This Is Droon's story and we get to learn all about the country he came from and more about what brought him to be in the field that Charlie found him in. We learn that even though we was raised in Montana by Charlie and Samantha as his son, he still has much of the 'royal" thinking and ways inbred in him and it makes it hard for him when he is trying to make his feelings know to Lina.
Lina his personal assistant on the other hand had a hole mess of issues to sort thru in her own head. A mother who goes thru boyfriends like water, does not make the best example for a young girl growing up. Lina knows how to be the prefect PA but she is not so sure when Droon turns on the charm and seduction. I am so looking forward to the next book in this series.
Droon needs to find a wife, as a sheik he has responsibilities and he has decided that his assistant Lina is going to be the one. Lina has kept her feelings for Droon under wraps. But Droon informs Lina want is going to happen and Lina panics. Droon takes her to meet his family in Montana. Will they be together or will Lina change her mind.
Everything seems to be against these two so much so that every time he makes a move something comes up so he has to put the brakes on. When he does make his play and follows through she is shocked what she has done and thinks she is about to get fired.
Great read. A lovely series of a delightful family. This is Droon"s story. A delightful story of undeniable love and persistence. I wish it had more action. I mean Droon is a king that came out of hiding to rule his country. I needed just a little bit more. But it was written well.
I really can't say anything about this book that I haven't already said about Elizabeth Lennox's books before. I loved this story and the characters. The emotion was palpable, the storyline very entertaining and at times laugh out loud funny! I have lived every book in the Montana Men Series and have no doubt that I'll love the next 2. I can't wait to start reading Vince's story and then Halley's. I highly recommend this series to anyone who enjoys HEA contemporary romance books, but recommend that you read the books in this series in order so you can get the greatest enjoyment from them.
