Hood info and very very very very very in detail. If you can't figure out keep the kids out of the room then dont start a bussines at home. If I needed a whole chapter of pros and cons of starting a bussines at home I wouldn't have picked up a book called starting a bussines at home.
I would have gave it three stars if it wasn't UK based and I am in the US. If your not in the UK over half this book is a waste of time because all resources stied are from the UK. Everything form tax to websites to advertising laws. Should be called how to start a bussines of home If you want to in the UK.
The first book I truly couldn't finish. I stopped way to late though because a lot of wasted time here. Don't get me wrong it's good info but it's like reading a text book. It leaves you like ooooookkkk noooowwww where do I begin starting a bussines from home. Well of course deciding if you want to. Read the book again. No dont seriously dont.
When I get my bussines going I will be coming back to this book though unless I find another based in the us which should be easy so I may not. But this is not a beginner's book. Very very way to much just too much. Yes all things you need but I guarantee you dont need to know accounting if your bussines never makes any money let's focus on that first.
I feel if your going to go into this much detail it needs to be step by step not just info info info info info on and info. Give me the basics I need to start doing account so I can do what you taught in this book later. Teach the basics of taxes and advertising so I can come back later. This is like the the number 2 okay you started a bussines now do this type of book.
A lot of good information but also too much pointless reading. If I’d known from the start, that this was all about starting a business in the UK, I would not have picked it up. 2 stars for the useful knowledge I did gain.
