I have already reviewed this book and its shortcomings on Amazon, and since I'm too lazy to copy and paste, you'll have to go there to see the review. However, I have also been actively using the book for three weeks now and am prepared to give it another star, despite the fact that my previous criticism still stands (in fact, I'll add to the peanut butter bit: on their website, Nikki and Zuzana feature quite a number of recipes that use pb, so why oh why is it on the 'do not use' list in the book??). First of all, I've stuck to the exercise plan as laid out in the book. It is somewhat of importance to mention 'the book' because for their website, they've actually changed the duration of the walks from Week 1 onwards. I've enjoyed the first mobility video. What really pulls this book out of the morass for me though are the recipes, which I've found variable and flavorful. Some are a bit more discreet, like the miso soup or the kitchara, but these turn out to be perfect if your tummy gives you a bit of trouble. I honestly do not see myself continuing with the coaching past the eight weeks, though, because as much love is in the website, the devil is in the details and there is just too much that bugs me (same issues I had after reading the book).
