Go to fighter pilot school and learn

An intese technical and emotional record of a very, very challenging 3 year education. This is what it actually takes to graduate. Flying and writing are great. The author is unique in recording the process with such clarity and situational awareness. I can only wish that I had such an organized mind. This is the best jet fighter book of many I've read. It describes in detail what you need to learn, do and feel to be an F16/F22 fighter pilot. Fear and elation play a continuous role. What a ride. Happy landings!

I loved this book. I would love to be a fighter pilot, and am currently in the process to applying to the Air force and Naval Academy. This book is written by Captain Taylor Fox and follows his journey to being a fighter pilot. He has lots of great experiences that he describes in detail. Such as his experience in Euro NATO jet pilot training. He gives his background in aviation as well as stories from flying all sorts of aircraft during training. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in being a fighter pilot, and anyone who likes planes in general.
