This book is just bad. For one thing, it has nothing to do with Halloween, despite the slightly punny title. In the book, Branch just lists some scary things (mostly things that tried to eat Poppy or succeeded in eating each other). There is no real story. Branch literally just tells you a few scary things from his "scrapbook". Said "scrapbook" is comprised of various pictures taken directly from the Trolls movie, many of which are fuzzy or blurry.

I work with a kid who LOVES Trolls. She spent a whole ten seconds on this book before moving on.

Skip this one. It is not worth the few seconds it will take to read. There are much better Trolls books out there.
