Trolls—the most magical creatures with the wildest hair—go on a hair-raising adventure just in time for Halloween.
Poppy and Branch and their Bergen friends King Gristle and Bridget from DreamWorks Trolls have a scary good time when they learn about things that go bump in the dark forest. Boys and girls ages 3 to 7 will love this adventure-filled book that comes with a punch-out mask just in time for Halloween!
This book is just bad. For one thing, it has nothing to do with Halloween, despite the slightly punny title. In the book, Branch just lists some scary things (mostly things that tried to eat Poppy or succeeded in eating each other). There is no real story. Branch literally just tells you a few scary things from his "scrapbook". Said "scrapbook" is comprised of various pictures taken directly from the Trolls movie, many of which are fuzzy or blurry.
I work with a kid who LOVES Trolls. She spent a whole ten seconds on this book before moving on.
Skip this one. It is not worth the few seconds it will take to read. There are much better Trolls books out there.
