I (quite literally) rescued a pile (and I mean a PILE) of these cookbooks destined for the dumpster outside a thrift store. Being familiar with the brand, I just couldn't let that happen so I loaded them all in my truck and brought them home. I now have the dubious task of reading through them and picking my favorite recipes. This is the first one I have gone through and it is what you would expect--family and chef tested recipes most people would enjoy, complete with many nice photographs. Now, if I just had someone to make them for me!

I am a huge fan of this cookbook series from Taste of Home. While most in the series are great, there were a couple of handfuls that I grabbed from this one.
