It was written in 2002 so it is a little outdated but I did learn quite a bit about the different types of arthritis which was helpful.

Gives a few technical details about arthritis, but mostly focuses on the therapies available, and different techniques to deal with the pain. Unfortunately, either I just happen to be having a flair up, or else reading about it has made it worse. I didn't find as much help in this book as I had hoped.
