Enforcing the Paw by Diane Kelly is the sixth A Paw Enforcement Novel. Officer Megan Luz and her canine partner, Sergeant Brigit of the Fort Worth Police Department are on the night shift when they respond to a call of a broken window. Adriana Valdez claims her ex-boyfriend, Ryan is responsible for the vandalism and that this is not the first incident. Megan goes to Ryan’s apartment where she finds evidence that implicates him in the crime. Ryan, though, claims that Adriana has been harassing ...more

Listening to this book in audio version was a fun experience - I would certainly give the audio production a 4 star rating. Overall, I got a kick out of this concept of a young police patrol officer, Megan Luz, with her canine partner, Brigit. It felt like a novelty to me.
However, I can only give this book a well deserved 3 stars because I think the narrator, Coleen Marlo, although brilliant and certainly excellent, wasn't the right choice here to incarnate Megan - and secondly the stalking case

All of the,"Paw Enforcement" books are great reads, but this one is my all time favorite - so far!

Officer Megan Luz and her K-9 partner, Brigit, are tackling the confusing and frustrating case of former lovers who are either terrorizing each other or are the victims of a vengeful third party. Is it the quiet Adrianna? The arrogant Ryan? Or someone else? Megan and Brigit must uncover The Devoted One before a murder takes place.

I enjoy reading the POV's of Megan, Brigit and The Devoted One. It

Enforcing the Paw, an adorable name for what I thought would be a cute, cozy mystery. !Wrong!

Enforcing the Paw by Diane Kelly is a top notch mystery centered around stalking.
When a relationship gone bad turns into a serious stalking situation and both parties weave believable stories. Who is the victim and who is the perpetrator?

K-9 officer Megan and her loyal partner Brigit are kept on their toes, literally, chasing suspects and working stake-outs.

I loved this book! It was so exciting and it

An entertaining and engaging look at paw enforcement. A female police officer and her K-9 partner see lots of action. Some fun relationships, too. After a breakup, who is stalking whom? Keeps you guessing. Thanks to the publisher for providing a copy via NetGalley.

The sixth book in the Paw Enforcement series by Diane Kelly. Officer Megan Luz and her K-9 partner Brigit investigate a stalking case. The case involves a former couple. He's claiming his ex-girlfriend is stalking him. She claims he's manipulating things, and he's the stalker.

Told with multiple points of view - Megan, Brigit, and the guilty party. I enjoy the humorous parts involving Brigit's viewpoint. The mystery is entertaining, and Megan has to do a little work to discover what is really

A Great Rollercoaster Ride!

This is one of those books that keeps building & building in suspense until it explodes for a big conclusion! Officer Megan Luz & her K-9 partner, Brigit, are back on the trail to seek justice for those wronged. Suspense is provided by the actions of a malicious stalker, & humor provided by a grape Tootsie Roll Pop shoplifter. Both provide both Megan & Brigit with quite a few sleepless nights. I enjoyed how the author gave us different chapters written

A couple of exes both claim they are being stalked by the other, but Megan can't determine which is doing the stalking.

I really enjoy these books. Chapters alternate being told from the perspective of Megan, her K-9 Brigit, and the antagonist (who is never revealed until later).

Brigit the police dog has a lot of personality and knows she is the alpha in this relationship.

I was disappointed in this book. I usually love the series but I was getting bored with this deal between Arianna and Ryan. I just wanted to yell get on with it already. I loved Brigit as I always do. She is my favorite part of all the stories. I did love the ending.

Review

The Paw Enforcement series is delightfully different, depicting the day to day experiences of Megan and her k-9 partner Brijit. As uniformed officers, most of their day is spent on writing citations, investigating robberies and other non-homicide crimes. The stories have just the right balance of seriousness and humor. And Brijit is a dog lover’s dream. I love the chapters that are written from her perspective. Even the romance aspect between Seth and Megan is perfect, neither over nor

I love, love, love this series, including this latest, Enforcing the Paw! I highly recommend Enforcing the Paw to those who enjoy cozy mysteries that are well-written and include lovable and strong-pawed K-9 officers and female cops. Add a little romance with the gorgeous firefighter Megan is dating, and it is the perfect tale!

Officer Megan Luz and K-9 Officer Brigit have been together for quite some time. Brigit may not have been her preference for a partner, but Megan has grown to love and

In Enforcing the Paw, Fort Worth PD Officer Megan Luz and her canine partner Brigit run into a puzzling situation: two ex-lovers who each claim the other is harassing them. Vandalism, stalking, Internet hook-up sites: one darn thing just leads to another. Megan’s problem is that she just doesn’t know who to believe. Each of her complainants seems sincere and suspicious by turns, and neither Megan nor her mentor, Detective Bustamente, can decide who’s telling the truth. (Brigit knows what’s going ...more

Another great paw enforcement mystery, I love Megan and Bridget their mysteries are always highly entertaining and this one was an interestingly funny case that could have gone so bad but Megan saved the day again. I love Megans determination on the job I'm not so happy with her avoidance of commitment when it comes to Seth I mean come on Megan he is hot, sexy and a fireman what more can you ask for ??? there is taking a relationship slow and then there is a snails pace time to pull on the big ...more

Enforcing the Paw stars Megan Luz and her K9 partner, Brigit, who are on the case of the he-said/she-said which turns criminal. While investigating stalking reports of a recently broken up couple who accuse each other of stalking can Megan and Brigit discover the truth before someone dies. Do you want to know who the culprit is? Spoilers are not my style because I really didn't figure it out until the end and I think you need to read this

This a fun addition to the Paw Enforcement series. In it, Megan, along with her K9 partner Bridget, are called to investigate vandalism between two former lovers. Each accuses the other and before long there are multiple incidents with Megan no closer to knowing which one of them is telling the truth. As usual, Bridget is the smartest creature investigating, unfortunately, the humans in her world don't understand dog...

Enforcing the Paw is an engaging and entertaining book. Even though it was just two suspects in this mystery, one had to keep guessing for quite a while to figure it out. The Tootsie Pop bandit was also a fun subplot. What I also really liked about this book, was the alternate chapters, focusing on Megan, Brigit and The Devoted One, so one could get into the head of all three of them. It was especially fun with Brigit, the German Shepherd. I suspect I'm not the only one who has thought "if only ...more

This book really made you want to keep reading. Megan Lux is a police officer and her partner is a dog. She has two cases she is working on, a man dressed up as a dr who steals grape suckers from quick shops and a woman, Adriana who says her ex boyfriend is stalking her. When Megan talks to the ex boyfriend Ryan, he says Adriana is stalking him. The story goes back and forth and really keeps you guessing which one is telling the truth.

I received this book "Enforcing The Paw" from Netgalley for my honest review.

This is the first book I've read in the Paw Enforcement series. Megan Luz and her K9 partner Brigit are investigating the case. This was a "cute" story and was a good read but not something that I would stay up late for. Not sure if it is because I haven't read the previous books. Of course I love German Shepherds so that got me interested in this book.

Enforcing the Paw is the newest addition to one of my favorite mystery series. Officer Megan Luz and her pawed partner Brigit are back and while this may not be the most dangerous case they’ve had it may be the most perplexing. This case will keep you along with Megan trying to figure out who done it.
I LOVE this series! There is a great cast of characters and enough humor to keep you chuckling throughout. I love that Megan isn’t perfect but she keeps on trying.

I am looking forward to reading the next book by this great author. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader’s copy of this book. The free book held no determination on my personal review.

I love this series. Brigit and her best K9 buddy Blast are back with their humans Police woman Megan and firefighter Seth. Megan and Brigit are investigating a stalker who they are pretty sure is a woman scorned. The alternating chapters narrated by Megan and Brigit have you laughing out loud. I find myself reading faster to get to Brigit's chapters. So much fun to keep up with this team. Diane Kelly has hit a perfect format .

Recommends it for: dog lovers, humor lovers
I love this series. Light, funny, non-stop action, and a dog! Megan has been working on her anger issues, or perhaps having a man in her life has relieved some of her tension. I also am thrilled that although it is partly a love story, but I"m not forced to read descriptions of heaving breasts and pulsing members. Megan is an adult and acts like one. This one seems a bit longer than some, it took over 6 hours to read, but it wasn't fluff--just good writing.

I'm giving Enforcing the Paw a slightly higher star count than the other books I've read in the series. Despite there seeming to be only two suspects I was kept guessing as to who the guilty party was. It did go on slightly long for me though. I wanted just to skip to the end and find out who it was. There was a secondary crime that finished well, it could have been unbelievable without the last twist.

I received my copy from Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.
