*A SEXY standalone romantic comedy*

One look from Jax Stade promises to land even the nicest girl onto the naughty list.

Jax and I used to be best friends right up until he broke my heart. Everyone knows that both Jax and his overinflated ego are well beyond naughty—that face, those eyes, don’t get me started on that body made of steel. Every last part of me is bent on reve

My favorite scene has to be when Poppy's mother catches her and Jax getting frisky and the reaction she has, “it’s okay, honey!” she bleats from the other side of the door. “I won’t tell your father! He’s fast asleep. He doesn’t need to know a thing! You just keep up with whatever it is you kids were doing! Have a good time! I’ll make sure to have a pancake breakfast for the two of you come morning! I know blueberries are your favorite, Jaxson!” Jax gives off sexy warnings, “I’m going to start o ...more

This book was awesome. Jax and Poppy's story is a must read. Addison Moore has done it again you get sucked into the book from page 1. This story is hot, sexy, and keeps you wanting more.

This book was everything I imagined it would be…sweet, humorous, romantic, and just a touch naughty. As Jax and Poppy get a second chance at romance we get to hear the story from both of their points of view. I enjoyed their banter and their romance. There’s never a doubt that they love each other, that everyone wants them together…and that eventually they’ll give in to the obvious. But following their road to happiness is a fun journey.

Awesome book

This was a really great book. Love the story line and there are some laugh out loud moments that are great. Will definitely check out other books from this author.

This book was as sexy and as steamy as the cover is. One look at this cover and I wanted to jump into bed with Jax!
I absolutely love how the story unfolds... Two friends who grew up together, torn apart by feelings they never wanted to admit to the other, and then only to be brought back together to reveal their undying love to one another. Throughout the book, you get to read from Jax's and Poppy's point of view. I don't always care for this style of writing, but I really liked how Addison Moor

Naughty by Nature is one of those books that fully live up to their title and you don't see that too often. It starts off with Poppy Montgomery, the ever challenging strong, independent woman with a fashion sense to die for coming from her home of L.A. to her home town Oak Grove. Oak Grove is her past hence why she scurried off to California the first chance she got. When she hops in for a birthday party with her mom and Deb, who we learn is Jax's mom, she meets the guy who stole her heart so lo ...more

This might be Addison Moore's best yet!! I LOVED this story!! It has everything!! Comedic one liners that Addison has perfected! It has sadness. It has love. It has hope.
These two Poppy and Jax might just be my favourite couple.
They've been friends since birth. Their mothers are best friends and have been wanting the two of them together as a couple since their birth. They even have a picture of them holding hands at the hospital when Poppy was born.
But something goes wrong after graduation a

I started this book in the middle of the night and quickly read 24%. It was funny, raunchy, and steamy. I really liked the idea of childhood best friends finding their way back to each other after a falling out and years apart.

Jaxson and Poppy had really hot chemistry. Since the story was told from both points of view, there really weren't very many guessing games on how they felt or why. What did confuse me was how it was they were so into each other and were vocal about it but hesi

It's not O.P.P.

Jaxson and Poppy grew up together best friends, with intervening mothers sure they were destined for one another. They grew apart in high school, and were forced back together for their mischievous mothers (who just happen to be best friends) 60th birthday party. Poppy's sister comes up with a plan to payback their mom's humiliating hijinx, but it involves being in love with the man she's sworn off.

The storyline seems pretty obvious as your reading, but it's so much fun. There ar

There are some stories that grab your heart like a vice and this was one of them. So many years go by of Poppy avoiding her home and family to avoid the one person she will always love. Jaxson runs an incredibly lucrative company and may go through girls to pass the time but his heart has always been with Poppy. Their mother's have interfered from day one, meddling in every aspect of their life ! From publicly humiliating them to planning their wedding in their teenage years . Poppy and Jaxson m ...more

This was ok, I didn't love it but I didn't hate it either, there was bits I enjoyed more than others, namely the mums, they were brilliant, what I didn't enjoy was that this felt overdone, the heroine threw out way way to many one liners for it to be funny for me, it was just too much, I didn't connect with the hero and heroine as much as I would have liked too, but again I didn't dislike this book, I decided to go with 4 stars because I still feel it's a good book, also I've been very poorly to ...more
More angst than rom-com.

Jax and Poppy, best friends turned strangers turned fake couple turned lovers.

Amazing chemistry and a good story. The joke fell flat. There weren't any lol moments. And I loathed Connor. If that had been my brother I would have punched him in the face. It was clear early on he was the instigator behind the early demise of Jax and Poppy and he was never sorry or truly regretful. He was an asshat that shouldn't have been forgiven so easily. It ruined the rest of the story

4.5 Stars!

Addison Moore brings us her newest book, Naughty By Nature—a sexy story of two people who were once best friends, but are now enemies and how one prank brings them back together.

Jax Stade is sexy, cocky and the guy who broke Poppy Montgomery’s heart all those years ago. Poppy Montgomery is an L.A. fashion maven (sort of) who returns home to Oak Grove for a birthday celebration and announcement. She runs into Jax and those once fluttery feelings are now replaced with anger and disgust.

One of my favorite themes for contemporary and new adult romance right now is best friends turned lovers. The main thing I look for with these types of stories is the inclusion of amusing anecdotes regarding past events in their friendship, and Naughty by Nature was full of them! I loved the close relationships between all of the characters—especially Poppy and Jax—and I was not prepared to laugh as hard as I did at their witty dialogue. Addison Moore also nailed Jax’s POV, and I just loved bein ...more

This book is sweet, spicy and laugh out loud funny! It's a light hearted, feel good read with an ending you will love. Poppy is sarcastic and funny. Jaxson is sexy and sweet. Put the two together and you have an great story! Then add in the goofy mothers and the opinionated siblings and you have an amazing book! Addison Moore is one of my favorite authors because of books like this!

Not my style

This was a fine story - some humor, love, & suspense. It was just not to my liking. If you like sweet, predictable romance then I'd recommend it.

Super fun and sexy!

What a fun and sexy read. Jax is super sexy and cocky. Poppy is beautiful and sassy. And their mothers will have you in stitches with their crazy antics. I loved this book from start to finish! If you are looking for a fun, sexy and heartwarmingly sweet read, then look no further! Fantastic read!

If there’s one thing I an count on it’s that I will enjoy every book that I read by Addison Moore. She’s got the unique ability to write fantasy, contemporary, and romance books and make them all feel like that’s the only thing she does. This book was everything I imagined it would be…sweet, humorous, romantic, and just a touch naughty. It’s one of those stories that you read more quickly than you expect to because the characters are wonderful and the story line is fun.

I'm in love. Jax and Poppy are now in the top of my all time favorite couples list. The love and passion they show for one another is at times heartbreaking and uplifting at the same time. Their shared passed is one truly made for a storybook fairytale. Addison has done another amazing job bringing to life two characters that are as loveable as they are relatable. I love the moments when they drop their guard, if only for a spilt moment, and show what's really hiding underneath all the ruse of t ...more

I love reading books by Addison Moore. Naughty by Nature is written in two points of views. One is the spunky and witty Miss Poppy and the other is her first crush and best friend Jaxson. These two are fun and intoxicating characters. And I must tell you I could not get enough of Jaxson’s POV. I could read this whole book in his POV, but then I would probably grow to dislike Poppy if I didn’t know what she was thinking. Jaxson is every young girls wish for a dream boy, best friends from a young ...more

At first when I started reading this book I was a little confused and struggled to get into the book, however when I got to about 30% through the book I was completely hooked. Each book of Addison Moore’s that I read amazes me as her writing is pretty incredible. What is there not to love about this story!!

Poppy and Jax may have just taken a top spot in the the favorite couple award. They have so much passion, and their families are great. I found myself laughing out loud on multiple occasions.

I feel really connected to this story because Poppy and Jax's mothers are awesome and I could totally see myself and my best friend of 20 years doing this when we have children (It may or not be planned already).

I really love the character development in all of

Jaxson and Poppy...sigh...
I usually struggle with second chance romances. They almost always are created by some crazy misunderstanding that has the characters experiencing unnecessary pain. "Naughty by Nature" is no different... the difference lies in Addison Moore's ability to create characters that I want to read all about. Characters that I want to overcome all the obstacles from their past.
Throw in 2 crazy prank pulling mothers and you have another hit for Addison Moore!

This is a cute second chance romance. Poppy and Ajax were bff's growing up. They both had feelings for each other, but never thought the other was interested. They are now back in town for Jax's brothers wedding. Jax & Poppy's mothers are bff's and huge pranksters and they decide to get back at their mom's by pretending to be a couple. Of course they start to have feelings for each other again and things become more than a prank. This book is sweet and funny and sexy and I would definitely r ...more
