Better When it Hurts by Skye Warren
4 Stars

When I read the blurb I believed I was in for something fantastic and it sure was! Blue and Hannah/Lola are childhood foster friends? It's hard to describe their relationship when young. Because I really couldn't follow with all of the things, for me it was rushed explained. That doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it, but just that I would've liked a bit more info on how they met exactly and how they became how they are.

But overall I really enjoyed the hell out of it!

Delicate Ink by Carrie Ann Ryan

Not in first person pov, I'm sorry I don't want to be difficult but I just can't read it like that.

His by Jenika Snow

Also not in first person pov. The cover is special and the warning has me intrigued but not enough that I can get over third person. But if someone has read this one tell me about it.

Homeward Bound by Golden Czermak

Also not in first person pov. I really feel bad, but I'm difficult like that.

Incandescent by River Savage
3.5 stars
I don't know how to write this review. I liked it but for me it was hard to really feel their love for each other, with all the hot sex going on it felt more like sex than real feelings. But that's probably just me.

Their was a little show of claiming Nix but we don't get to read that part and also don't really know what went down. Or I'm just the only one who couldn't figure it out, that's possible too.

Z is such a sweet boy, I'm glad he finally got the parents he deserves and needs.

Overall it was a great read but sometimes a bit rushed. I'm looking forward to Holly her story it sounds like a dangerous and hot read.

Losing an Edge by Catherine Gayle
3 Stars

So this took a while to finish because my head was still with the previous book and I just couldn't let those characters go. And also from an MC to hockey and figure skating it's a total different thing.

It took a while to really get into it, because it was so fast and "perfect" don't get me wrong there was a lot of drama in there but still it was like too good to be real kind of feel. You know what I mean?

I was real close to putting it down and read another one, but Connor made me finish it. That four year old is just fantastic, so damn hilarious! He made for some real funny situations and he was a real parrot.

Overall enjoyed this read!

The Prince & The Player by Tia Louise
4 Stars

I didn't love this one, didn't like many parts but it was an okay read!

First it all felt weird to me like is it going to be four first person pov's or what, and then it became clear. But I got a bit irritated with how it run, but in time I accepted it and felt okay with it. It didn't go like how I thought it would go but in the end it was for best.

Some things bothered me quite a bit like how Zelda is very protective of Ava and Ava isn't really like that? Many times when something happened she didn't even acknowledges it like Reggie comes to them when it wasn't the best situation and Zelda freaked and Ava was in blissful love.. Like don't you feel the change of air when people tense. When you grow up needing to be aware of your surrounding then it's quite irritating when she then does the opposite. To me that only proved that she cared not so much for her and her sisters situation and safety!

Otherwise it was an enjoyable read with sexy time and all. I only wished it all ended in this one and it wouldn't be needed to read the other one, so at this point I'm not sure I'm reading the second one..

Thin Love by Eden Butler
Not in first person pov.. Sorry I'm difficult like that..

Throttle Me by Chelle Bliss

Madison annoyed the hell out of me! Damn what a frustrating piece of work!

Before I really started this one I bought the other ones to until the 4th I think, because I heard a lot of great things about this series. But this one had me questioning that..

They were always mad at each other and always for small things that made me roll me eyes out.. somethings just didn't seem natural, and don't get me wrong I have a temper so I know it all. And still it annoyed the hell out of me! It al felt so grr to me!

Let's hope the others are going to be fan-fucking-tastic!

Better When It Hurts by Skye Warren Better When It Hurts (Stripped, #2) by Skye Warren 3 1/2 stars - Dark romance with a twisted version of a second chance romance.

Delicate Ink by Carrie Ann Ryan Delicate Ink (Montgomery Ink, #1) by Carrie Ann Ryan 1 star - This was a DNF for me. It had too many side characters eating up book space, and too coincidental for my liking. That said it is a popular series, so might just be me.

His by Jenika Snow His by Jenika Snow 3 stars - This is a dark read, with a forced seduction, Stockholm syndrome theme. It was a decent read, but could have been more fleshed out.

Homeward Bound by Golden Czermak Homeward Bound (Journeyman, #1) by Golden Czermak - DNF'd too early to even rate. I didn't like the way it started, and just skipped to the next story in this boxset

Incandescent by River Savage Incandescent (Knights Rebels MC, #1) by River Savage 3 stars - Solid biker romance with enough to make me want to explore more from the author.

Losing an Edge by Catherine Gayle Losing an Edge (Portland Storm, #8) by Catherine Gayle 2 1/2 stars - I think you have to know, and care about hockey more than me to appreciate this more. It also would help not starting with book #8 in series. Especially when so much book time is spent side characters from past, and future books.

The Prince & The Player by Tia Louise The Prince & The Player (Dirty Players, #1) by Tia Louise 4 stars - This was a fun con artist, meets royalty hijinx ensue read.

Thin Love by Eden Butler Thin Love (Thin Love, #1) by Eden Butler 4 stars - This was a mix of a sports centered New Adult, Second Chance Love tropes that I loved. It was almost a 5 star read for me.

Throttle Me by Chelle Bliss Throttle Me (Men of Inked, #1) by Chelle Bliss 3 stars - Decent if somewhat forgettable biker romance.

Storm by Nina Levine Storm (Storm MC, #1) by Nina Levine - DNF too early to rate. I just think this writer isn't a good book fit for me in general. No harm, no foul.

Final Thoughts
The wins in this boxset more than made up for the losses. I found some great new to me authors too.

There was a mix of works with a mix of authors and a mix of levels to get yourself lost in. This was a find that made me very happy to get a hold of and will make sure that I enjoy these stories again in the future. I was also delight to be introduced to some new authors that I have not had the chance to read. This was a good one for a new read every couple of days.

I got this book as a free download and thought that the stories inside would be short stories but they all turned out to be full length novels, so this was really quiet the find. Some I liked better than others, but overall I really enjoyed it. Took way longer to read than I anticipated, but the great thing is you can read it in stages. Awesome deal and a good way to get to know Authors that might be new to you.

A bundle in one book!

I'm not giving specifics on each story, but each is complete and most are HEA. They all kept the pages turning and some were funny, with quite a few highlighted parts. I'm absolutely happy that I got this book! I without a dohbt, while-heartedly, recommend you buy this one!!!

Mixed Feelings

This was a great set of books. Definitely introduced some good authors into my life. However, I didn't like that it's basically a lottery. I had no clue what I was going to end up with. Some stuff was good, others not so much. But I can't complain, I got a few books for the price (or lack thereof) of one.

3.5 Stars - Worth a Reader's time
Like any anthology, there were books in here that I really enjoyed and some that just didn't do it for me.
Entries from Catherine Gayle, Carrie Ann Ryan, Chelle Bliss, Eden Butler, and Tia Louis made it worth it for me.

Great Bundle

I'm a big, big fan of this bundle. 3 of my favorite authors were in here so I was excited to read them and read from New authors. The stories that were added her do the title of this bundle justice.
