I only read the parts in this book that applied to my current challenges I was facing in business or looking to understand, which was Employees. This book is great for small businesses who want to make sure they are playing it safe. This book will equip you with the right knowledge to prevent any legal issues in the future. If you’re a business owner who has time to read and doesn’t want to hire an attorney yet this may be useful. If you are in the position where you can delegate a lot of the business operations and focus only “on the business” then reading this is optional. I mainly got this book to read about employees, but I noticed in the TOC there was a section on LLC, Location, etc You can similarly hire an attorney for an hour and get al this information and the attorneys experience rather than reading this.

I was really impressed with how readable this is! Straightforward information given in digestible ways. Easy format that anticipates the questions I have. Grateful to have powered through the fear of reading this book, thinking it would be over my head and dry!

Dull but essential information. It made me want to stick needles in my eye. The book is comprehensive, but there might be something more readable on the market.
