There is no lack of books outlining skills and mindsets needed to be successful at business, but this book goes beyond that. Emad Rahim uses his life and the many pitfalls and success he experienced to frame a reflective process for personal development, which can translate into personal, educational and professional success.

I was able to connect with many aspects of Rahim's story of individual resilience through multiple trials and tribulations. As a Black person in America, I was even able to
