DO NOT buy this ! It fails to address even the most basic aspects of Sex Education.
It seems like nobody bothered to read this before they decided to publish this because the same content is repeated multiple times in various chapters.
The content is extremely heteronormative, opinionated as well as preachy and there are minimal references to ANYTHING !

These days I'm struggling to give satisfactory answer to questions on "birds and bees" to my 10 yo son. So I picked up this book to get some help/guidelines. But this book didn't cover that aspect upto my satisfaction. May be there are no tailor made answers for such queries and each parent need to find out his/her own way to explain the queries.

I'd recommend this book to those who are in their mid or late teens.

I'd like to quote following two statements from the book.

"Answer ALL questions; never avoid answering any query. If you are not sure about the answer, or if you do not know how to answer, ask for some time. Never say ‘This is not for your age’. If the children are old enough to ask questions, they are old enough to get the answers."

"Children between three to six years of age are most trusting of their parents. They hero-worship their fathers and adore their mothers. Their parent’s word is law for them."

TL; DR Do read this book, it is a necessity in today's world and it is imperative that we take moral responsibility to educate ourselves about sex and this book does a wonderful job in doing that. Great in an Indian context as I as an Indian can relate way too much, but also has valuable educational content that can be benefitted by anyone across the world.
