This "how to" book is grounded in common sense. The advise can help a buddy intuitive step into his or her full potential as an intuitive with confidence. For anyone who struggles with how to develop one's intuition, this s a must read.

This was an easy read and was very helpful. It had good information, some of which I already knew, but the best part of the book came from different methodologies to clear my mind, improve my ability to use my intuition, relax and be open to spirit and improve my abilities overall. Although some of these exercises had been touched on in other books, I appreciated the novel activities she suggested we could use to accomplish each task. For instance, everyone knows meditation is very helpful for several recasons, but; I never really thought of coloring or walking as a form of meditation. I really enjoyed the author's down-to-earth nature and her ability to connect with her audience and make the methods that she talked about in the book more accessible and relevant to each reader.

Very introductory. Very good. I juggled between giving four and five stars because I had wished there was more info. I ended with five because I think it kept the read flowing and didn't complicate things was best.
