Duży plus za model przewidujący w ile czasu przebiegniesz maraton na bazie czasu jaki masz na 5 km. Sprawdziło się na własnych danych historycznych. Sama metoda Gallowaya (bieg-marsz-bieg) do mnie nie trafiła (może jeszcze dojrzeję).
