I really enjoyed this. Beyond it helping readers question whether motherhood is right for them, it provides so many insights and strategies for decision making in general. I now question why I say yes or no, I think about what I actually want before making a decision, I focus on my desires instead of all the "externals" that typically influence my decisions. Wow. What a book. I, like other women I imagine am in my 30s and fed up with the yoyo decision making on whether I should have children or not...I started this book this year in early spring as covid took hold in UK and at same time decided to take up 1:1 online therapy..I have to say this was the best choice I've ever made...doing the book alongside therapy or a professional to talk to if you can is super helpful but also the book is so profound , offer so many options on activities it can be v

This was a fascinating 12-week program designed for women trying to decide if they want to become mothers or not, and as someone who is in that position I was hoping that it might help me get some clarity.
