4/5 simply because a lot of the end is just repetition of what earlier chapters establish. The book does a great job as an overview of the technique that one should look to acquire. The book is meant to be used in the moment, but I found much of the information easy to retain as well as the techniques being simply enough that there was a lot of room for personal touch.
