Life of the Author I started writing in middle school with a few different short stories. I first tried a crime/ drama story that was received well in class and then the following year I did a vampire story for Halloween. This led to a long line of stops and starts with stories. I found a great outlet to writing and creativity in my tabletop RPGs. I have a love for coming up with what my friends and players all refer to as "Thinking Games." My work life started off with the military after high school then when I got back home it took me a short while but I soon found a career in construction. I spent 20 great years working on a road crew and in the cement trade. After an injury made it so I had to consider a new line of work I started in the insurance field and have been there ever since.
My life consist of my beloved wife, my children and grandchildren. And of course my dogs. Animals and a healthy respect for nature has always been a huge part of my life.
This book is one of the worst written books I have read in a long time. I can barely call it a book! Its more like someone's notes for telling the stories, not publishing them. There are spelling errors and typos so bad in places it was hard to read or understand what the author was trying to say! It is very badly edited as well. Sections and parts of sentences are repeated in ways that should have been deleted.
The stories are interesting, and curious. Unfortunately, the book overall was disappointing as it was so badly written, I found myself reading to finish the book as opposed to reading to enjoy it.
This is a decent book despite the fact that it is a very short book of about 35 pages. It contains Interesting highlights of missing people and their stories. Other than a few typos this was worth reading.
Short but quite interesting, though badly needed a proof reader. For example, "why was his boy not there..' instead of body. And "behvoir" for behaviour.
I did enjoy the stories of these missing people. The only complaint I have is whoever did the proofreading/editing, really needs a refresher course. There are MANY spelling and grammatical errors. Even in some areas, syntax needed to be worked on. These errors made it hard to follow.
This book needs a proof-reader. There are so many mistakes and misused words that it makes the stories themselves extremely hard to follow. Should have been so much better.
