I will be the first to admit that after the cliffhanger Ms. Reynolds left us with Katie and Cory I was pretty peeved and anxious for the next one. I loved her and hated her for making me want it so desperately.

Cupid isn't always stupid
Sometimes cupid knows what he's doing even if the couple in his sights thinks he's wrong. Cory and Katie have an undeniable chemistry, and I thought the conclusion to their story was a great way to finish the two books. I liked the growth in both characters. Where bidding on Santa had me panting for more the heat in this book didn't quite get me going as much which is why I dropped my star to a 4 and 1/2.

Stupid Cupid by Annelise Reynolds.....What a great ending to Bidding on Santa. This is a page turning sweet sexy story with fantastic characters. I loved watching Katie and Cory's story be told and a HEA. Annelise Reynolds know how to write a story that pulls you in and doesn't let go until the last word, she is an amazing author. This is the conclusion to Bidding on Santa. It starts with a smack in the jaw and a broken finger. Katie was furious when she found out Santa was Cory. There were a lot of sizzling moments here and a secret that needed to be confessed. Will they work it out and have their HEA? The story was funny and sexy and deserves to be read.
I couldn't wait to read Stupid Cupid because of that cliffhanger in previous installment. The main characters had immense chemistry between them and it was impossible not rooting for them right from the beginning.

Ah, what a brilliant conclusion to to this two part novella series. Stupid Cupid starts off where Bidding on Santa finishes, with Katie discovering that Santa, her Sir, was not who she thought he was. And she’s not pleased. Not one bit. As Cory soon finds out to his dismay.

Stupid Cupid...is the perfect ending to Cory and Katie's story. The book picks right up where Bidding on Santa ended. Katie now knows that Cory was the Santa and she is not pleased at all. They have their ups and downs but all works out in the end. I laughed, cried, and swooned at the very hot steamy moments between the couple.

If you haven't read Biding on santa go read it! This story picks up where we left off. And I loved every second of it just like the first novella. This is a fast read with lots of steam. Will Katie see that Cory really is a gift from Cupid or will she continue to deny the chemistry between them. Cory finds something out and decides to try and use it to his benefit. Will it work or will Cupid fail this couple?

I have to say up front this was my first read by Annelise Reynolds. And I did receive this book as a gift. I did feel as if I was missing part of the story by not reading the first book in the series, but you catch up pretty quickly in this book.

When a book manage to make me smile just reading the first pages I know that I'll love it. And with a title like this one I know I'll enjoy it very much.

Well... I loved this book so much. After reading Bidding on Santa I couldn't wait to read this and I was not disappointed.
The heat is still there and is scorching. I normally skim or skip sex scenes in books as I have found them too repetitive and boring but Annelise sure knows how make it hot and so not boring. *wipes brow*
Cory and Katie are perfect for each other but Cory needs her complete submission, including her secrets. Katie wants to submit but is scared.

To say Katie is upset at finding out Cory was her Santa is an understatement! Determined to try to win her back, Cory stops by after a particularly grueling shift and learns something he wasn't meant to yet. Deciding to give Katie until Valentine's Day to tell him, he sets out to win her back. This is a very fun story and I highly recommend the series.

This was such a fun little book to read. It is the conclusion of Katie and Cory's story. At the end of Book 1 (Bidding on Santa)- Katie hated Cory for deceiving her in her opinion. So now the fun begins. Katie knows her secret Santa was Cory. Things change, but not so easily. Cory knows Katie is for him and he is doing his best to get her to see it. There is a twist and it is not one that anyone could imagine. Only, now it is another secret. Love this story and hope we can see more of them.
This story continues where bidding on Santa left of. Finding out Cory was the santa couldn't have been any worse. Now she just needs to figure it all out. This was a fantastic story I loved finding out more about the characters and hot firemen. I would highly recommend it to others.
