It was good.i liked the way he talked about the food that we eat here in america and the consequences of eating them.and his advices on how we should eat to be healthy.
The only thing that i didn't like was that he was almost worshipping France.

William Clower traveled to France with his MIL, wife, and two children for two years for work. He saw how the French savored their foods instead of wolfing them down as some in America do, and how they were able to eat full-fat items in moderation and keep their weight in check instead of turning to processed lowfat foods.

A book that is a good reminder of eschewing the fake, chemical lowfat processed foods and embracing a whole foods diet that includes eating/drinking full fat dairy and meats.

It's an interesting read.

Nothing complicated; Very simple to follow. The book was enlightening. I learned so much, and have changed how I view food. If you are looking for something to help you overcome the anxiety that comes along with yo-yo dieting, I highly recommend this book and its sister book, The French Don't Diet Plan. Both are amazing and easy reads.
