This small book, easily passed over on a library book shelf, in fact contains stunningly clear yet profound advice for reading the Book of Revelation (the Apocalypse). It steers clear of prophetic speculation to concentrate on the literary and theological features of the work. It really does invite the reader to study Revelation for herself by providing gentle guidance and good examples. Suitable for personal study, church groups, or the classroom.

It is so easy to read without being simplistic. I appreciate its balanced view and how it it lays all the focus on Christ, the the core theme of the book of Revelation.
