I am a bit biased about this book since I wrote it, and worked with the illustration to bring it to life, but I will say it's everything I wanted it to be and more!

This is a fun quick read. The author uses humor to describe the drawbacks to having children. I'm a parent of one child with many nieces and nephews and these were right on the money.

Each reason is accompanied by a fun bright illustration to go along with the reason given. It's a short book only 116. It's a great conversation starter book or one to pick up to read when you need a giggle.

I will say up front that Heather is a friend of mine and wrote this book - but that doesn't make it any less fun and sweet. It's a fun reminder of all the things you WON'T miss when you don't have little feet stomping around! The illustrations are also funny. It's keeping a spot on my coffee table!
