This was an excellent book that makes you stop and worship the Lord because He has done the ultimate in conquering death!! This would be helpful to anyone who has lost someone close to them or experiences death around them frequently. Death is really just passing through a curtain into our eternal existence. And so many other great quotes!

There is no need to fear death if you are a follower of Jesus Christ. In the presence of Jesus we see death as the enemyr whose power has been crushed. When our time comes we know Jesus calls our name and we will join Jesus. "The empty tombof Jesus assures us that we need not fear when our tomb is put to use."

This book was more fascinating the futher you read in the book. This book reminds us that everyone that is born will eventually die. Futhermore, we are reminded that God has made a way for man not to fear death. The writter reminds us that war does not increase death but speeds the timing up. Lutzer points out that "Each day we are pulled closer to the harbor by the One who has proved that He is stonger than death". For Jesus' Resurrection from death was evidence that He had conquored death and we can too if we place our faith in Him.
