4 stars for the engaging drawings and well summarized points in the different chapter.
Missing 1 star because i do not really understand the key difference between the inside sales team model vs the web meeting sales assembly line and that's the heart of the book.
I would have rated lower if not for the clear explanations of the rest of the concepts written in the book about tech sales.
