A psychotherapeutic workbook that clinicians can use with those newly diagnosed with borderline personality disorder to provide basic information about the disorder and to suggest ways for clients to manage the disorder.
This workbook seems like it would work best supplementing therapy/seeing a therapist. While it is easily readable on its own, it is definitely intended to add activities and suggestions to a counseling regimen. The tone of the book is even and reassuring, and the exercises are useful - especially some of the worksheets. There wasn't as much here as I was hoping for, but it still had a lot of good information and was easy to read and understand.
