Hot bodies don't come any hotter than drop-dead-gorgeous PR whiz Sebastian Black. He's just stepped through the doors of luxurious spa Confidential Rejuvenations to save its shaky public image. But his image is the one that's causing a stir. Suddenly nurse Julie DeMarco is thinking less about becoming a sex therapist and more about sex….
Julie has been playing The Good Girl her whole life. What she needs is the opportunity to be The Naughty Girl, and Sebastian is just the tasty stud—er, man to make it happen. After all, this is just about superhot sex. And Naughty Girls never, ever fall in love with their late-night bed buddies…do they?
Lori Wilde can’t remember a time when she didn’t want to write. She even went to nursing school so she could have a schedule flexible enough to allow her to write on the side. She nursed for 20 years, working in a variety of settings from the newborn nursery to the recovery room, to dialysis. But she never lost her desire to write.
She sold her first book in 1994 to Silhouette Romance but later discovered she had a flair for comedy and branched out to Harlequin Duets and now, to Blaze.
Lori is an adventuresome soul who loves to travel. She’s taken flying lessons, completed two marathons, rode in a hot-air balloon, performed with a professional jazz band, traveled Europe as a teenager, hiked volcanoes in Hawaii, trod on glaciers in Alaska, shot white-water rapids, water-skied, snow-skied, raced all-terrain vehicles, bodysurfed in the Gulf of Mexico, and photographed grizzly bears in Yellowstone.
She lives in her native Texas, with her own real-life hero, Bill.
Girl, I hate to tell you this but you handed in your good girl card when you slept with your college professor. Also, you missed an opportunity to get him fired for inappropriate conduct when he moved on to the next conquest. Then you dated a guy old enough to be your father and were surprised to discover that he was married?
And then there was the place of employment. It's said to be a spa on the back of the book. It handles rehab for a lot of things, but...the h is going back to work with the newborns. Errr... that kinda implies that it's a regular hospital, or at least has a maternity ward (why would it have that?!)
So it's had a series of bad publicity. Our H is a PR specialist and is referred to "fix" things - by the married ex. Oh, and his half brother is *engaged* to the married ex's *daughter*. Because, you know, there isn't enough craziness in this.
I think I would have liked to see this fleshed out a *lot* more, like another 100 pages. There was just too much time skipped for all the kinks to be properly addressed and worked out.
Tired of always being the good girl and finding the wrong me, Julie decides she just was to have fun, but when her fun turns into true feelings will she follow through with it. Julie DeMarco is tired of falling in love with the wrong men. With all her friends in happy relationships, she decides to change her ways. Sebastian Black is a many woman guy. He's a PR whiz and is drop-dead-gorgeus. He's here to fix the reputation of Confidential Rejuvenations. When Julie see's Mr. Black and hears about his reputation, she knows he just the guy to help change her ways. And this time, she won't fall in love with him....right? and Sebastian has never felt anything deep for a woman....until now. A very keep you wanting more type book. I couldn't put it down.
