“Everyone on the battlefield stops to focus on us. Both sides are too taken by the match to do anything else. Malakaro looks at me from across the circle with malice and fury. I return his gaze, matching his ire. He begins to move around the circle slowly. He
addresses me in his usual calm voice.
“Are you sure you’re ready for this, little sis?” he asks.

You know I really, really liked this series. But this ending was just not the ending I had hoped it would be. I mean 7 books and that's what I got. A spin-off ending. So no, the story is not over, just going to start again with new characters. I did not like how Pry and Aaden ended up together, then Bex and Diana. I mean really. Throughout the entire series those couples were just wrong for one another. Bex gave his all to Pry, Silver treated her like crap every other page. How, HOW could they e ...more

I have no words..oh my ominus!

Ok. So if you are reading this review I hope you have read the beginning of the noru! If you haven't, you should start with the guardian series and move to the noru. These series will take you to ride of your life. You will cry, sit on the edge and not want to stop reading while biting your nails. I truly love Lola and her writing! It is literally unbelievable but great! A book or series that makes you show all your emotions is always a great book for me!!!

This book takes place in a 24 hour period. Pryor and the teams immaturity allow so many deaths that I almost didn't finish this book. But the final battle pulled the story out of the gutter and made it all worth the frustration. The tropes used in this book are reparative from the previous books. They go on a mission and fight demons. Then they are distracted by gratuitous sex scenes. By the time they get to the actual mission the book is like 90% done. It was nice to see Pryor finally

Wow...this book had so much going on. I was as torn as I was in the last books, but also found some relief towards the end. I loved this book. It was really good and well written. I was really hoping for there to be an amazing HEA and there was at least for a little while...that cliffhanger seriously did some more damage to my heart. I feel for the characters. It was nice though to see how their lives turned out before the cliffhanger.
I have been in love with this series since the very first bo

So in the beginning of this never ending story I was rooting for Pryor and Aaden...then I was shipping Bex and Pryor...but in the middle of that I was really digging Diana and Bex, and when it finally happens all I get is when they sleep together?! Would have been awesome to see how that whole conversation played out. I find them to be much more interesting than the main characters. Bex and Pryor were just so fake to me...I wasn't feeling it once it happened. I just really wish there was a short ...more

This could've been great and I would have given it more stars, but the author ruined it by choosing to leave it in a cliffhanger. Why not just end the series? I feel like the author is beating a dead horse. There was a lot of repeating storylines from the Guardian series. If you were going to start a new series with their kids, then start fresh and not follow the same story board of ideas. 😠

so good! I'm so exited for the next series 😊
this conclusion to an amazing story was so interesting and exciting. The characters are so lovable. I do think that it's weird that this bunch of teenagers are having kids and getting married and no one bats an eye. I do get that they kinda had to grow up fast but still.
The Noru was definitely an improvement to the Guardians series and if that's a pattern that will continue then I know the Toren will be awesome!

Action packed and amazing!

I truly loved this series. It started out w one book that a could borrow from amazon and read for free. I was hooked. This was a book about angels and demons, but so much more. The story lines of the angels here to guard the humans was amazing. It was enjoyable to see the Noru mature and become of age. Sometimes, the fickle first Noru was irritating, but I'm glad she ended w Aaden and Bex and Diana found love. In my opinion, the writer wrapped up the loose ties in this

There are simply not enough stars or words in the world to express how amazing this book is... and series, and the previous series.
The Noru story arc may be ended with the defeat of Malakaro, and the unfortunate loss of one of our much-loved Noru team members, but it will live on forever and ever in our hearts for being one of the most amazing stories every written.
And a surprise twist in both the final chapter and the epilogue that you will never see coming.. never in a million years.

Ok but the weakest of the series

Too much misplaced and disproportionate anger issues, temper tantrums and all around situations leading nowhere. So much has been written about Sparks in the previous books and her bond with her father and totally glazed over with Summit - completely idiotic. And the line with Diana and Brad - bad taste in my mouth. No mater what Diana was always needy, promiscuous and little evil and very selfish - she didn't need to jump from one man to another while pregnant. I

A work of art

The way I am currently feeling right now is indescribable, this series as well as the guardian was truly a piece of art. These series's have truly become a big part of me and I feel I will always have a place for them in my heart. Lola should be very proud of herself as she has captured the hearts and imagination of so many people over the world with these truly amazing books. I can't wait for lola future work.

Movie Franchise!!!!!

I wish I could've gave 10 stars. The book started off with a bang as the all the books before did. I really believe a movie or series would be ratings gold I'm an adult and I am in love with these characters and all their story lines. If you are looking for non stop, edge of your seat action. Then pick up the guardian series and carry on lmbo!!! You're welcome.

Quick and easy read. The writing is simple but the story is good. Lots of action and ups and downs...I really enjoyed this book. Probably my top 2-3 of the series. The author's pretty good at getting you emotionally invested in the characters. I think that's what I like best about this series and the Guardians series. I look forward to the next series. This book wasn't as death ridden as talk made it seem. I actually expected a few more angels to die. That said, this book was very well written and complete. There were surprises and a few predictable events. My only disappointment is how drama filled the series is, it rings true how young the main characters are. ...more

Fantastic Conclusion

I absolutely love Lola's books. This book did not disappoint. The Noru face their biggest challenge and no loose ends are left. The growth and development of the characters was natural as they went from teens to young adults. I'm looking forward to Lola does next.
