In fact, I am the best of the best. I am a saint. I made the greatest sacrifice of my life in hopes of forgiveness from my sins. I saw the light and he saved me from the darkness.
I am Nameless.
Does anyone know who I really am?

I think this was not only the shortest installment of this series (at least I read it quicker), but it was also the least plot driven. For those of us hoping and waiting for a happy ending, YAY! But at what cost? This story feels unfinished. There were many plot holes without any resolution. How can I classify this as an adequate conclusion to the story when there were so many loose ends? When I don't believe that this particular book kept itself true to the series? Where was the blood and guts? ...more

Title: The Nameless
Author: Dawn Robertson & Kristen Hope Mazzola
Series: The Huntress #3
Genre: romantic drama
Themes: assassin
Heat: 2/5
Rating: 2/5

After a wonderfully strong start to this series, I've been left a little cold towards it. We've gone from dark erotica to a romantic drama, and I can't help but feel like a) the trigger warnings are totally unjustified and b) this trilogy was not planned out properly. It's meandered around pretty much everywhere, it is too fast-paced for me to feel attac

This is the third and final book in the series and they have to be read in order. This book is a bit faster paced than the first two but I still loved it. I read it in one go and it didn’t take me long. I loved how they wrapped everything up. There is more romance in this one than lust and sex. There is a bit of suspense and danger just like in the first two books. I would love to read more about these characters. I can’t say enough about how much I have loved this series. Dawn and Kristen have ...more

3/5 Stars!!

This final book in The Huntress series is here! This is the happy ending you’ve been waiting for.
Ellie is now focusing on motherhood. She and her daughter, Finlay, have moved into a new house. She is done with the whole assassin business. Actually, she’s a different person altogether.

This was not my favorite wrap up of a series. This last book just kind of fell short in that there was no danger, no blood and gore. It was mainly just Ellie, the happy homemaker buying a lot of stuff for

I was a huge fan of the first two books in this serial, but the third missed the mark for me. It was just as fast paced, just as dark and certainly as intriguing as the first two installments. However, as the final part of the story that was supposed to tie everything together, I find myself left with more questions than answers and feel as if the ending was just rushed along to close out the trilogy.

As Ellie explores the obligations of motherhood and a relationship with

This is the final book in The Huntress series.

I really loved how everything was wrapped up and it was a great ending to a great series I did find it seemed to go a bit faster than the first too. Was a great series from the start.
Have loved the characters.
Dawn and Kristen created a story and characters that suck you in and did not let go till the very last word.

This was the third and final installment in the Huntress Series.
It's by far the shortest of the 3 books, I'm pretty sure I read it in about 45 mins.
Honestly? I was completely disappointed in this book. For all of you wrap it up nice peeps out there...well, that's ok...but when you have a series about an assassin and the first book comes out all gangbusters..great reviews, great story line, something so different than what everyone else is writing...Then you come out with the second book. It seriously breaks my heart to write this review.  Not only is The Huntress trilogy (the first two) amazing and I hate to see it end, but The Nameless was such a letdown.  There are numerous errors and you can see a distinct difference in writing styles and language between the two authors where transitions in the previous books were smooth and perfectly seamless.   And it was so short! I understand novellas, and truly loved the rest of the series, but we miss so much between the end of The Hop ...more

The Best Parts:
This book is a great ending to a story about one of my favorite woman. Ellie isn’t your typical girl you find in a romance novel and I think that is what makes her stand out amongst the others, especially now that she is a mother. This part of the story is a perfect way to show not just not how strong Ellie is, but how strong she can be for others.

We’ve seen Ellie take, but this is her time to give and it doesn’t weaken her, but make her stronger. Ellie has shown her vulnerable si

I read books 1 and 2 and had to finish the series. I have to say that I am a bit disappointed in how it ended. I won’t spoil it, but I’ll give you a few crumbs. So book 1 was 144 pages, book 2 was 78 and book 3 was 58. So first of all, I’m disappointed in the length and why it wasn’t just released in two books since 2 and 3 were relatively short. My other main issue is that I love the darker elements of book 1, but books 2 and 3 did not have that same level of excitement since we are seeing Elli ...more

This third book in this series picks up shortly after we are left hanging in The Hopeless. Eleanor is at a crossroads with her future. On one hand she is not a good person and has done some pretty questionable things. On the other hand she has a completely different life beginning and there might not be room for her old ways or job in it. Add into the mix her best friend who had some pretty interesting revelations in the last book and an assassination attempt and things really couldn't be more c

The Nameless (The Huntress No3) by Dawn Robertson & Kristen Hope Mazzola

I have mixed feelings about this last installment. It's not as sharp or twisted as the first book and I feel like things took a turn to a different route, just not what I thought the series and Ellie were about. As I said, different doesn't equate bad, we get an ending but maybe not what I was expecting.
As always, I enjoyed the authors' styles but I felt it lacked in other aspects, story wise...but maybe it's just me and my wish for dark and Deadly more than anything.
Still it's a great series an

Didn't expect that ending since it's the last in the trilogy. Ellie is sure something else and she doesn't miss a chance to surprise you. Linc however does surprise you greatly. When Ellie is to domesticated and afraid to do her job he steps in. I didn't think Linc had that side to him. He just seem to me to be the behind the scenes guys so it's weird when he steps out front and center. Ellie's softer side is alot more dominant in this one than before too. It's like a whole dianamic shift in pow ...more

I'm not sure how I feel about the conclusion to The Huntress. There was a moment where my heart dropped but mostly this story tied up loose ends and shifted Ellie's focus. My favorite book was the first one where Ellie was a bad ass. I guess perhaps I miss her ruthlessness. Full review coming on The Smut-Brarians. ...more

I read this in one sitting! What an amazing way to wrap up the series! The authors did a great job of wrapping everything with a bloody bow! But don't get it twisted... This book still had such an amazing rollercoaster of a flow. I hope the authors decide to write books for the secondary characters! There is so much more I want!! ...more

The conclusion and final book in this installment. Super short and fast paced! Secrets were revealed but I honestly felt the last book was rushed and missing some of the intensity and excitement of the first 2 books in the series.
