Supplies a "non-activist" with tools for activism engagement, but I felt like it was written for white alt-yuppies. Ones that think it's ok to visit Starbucks every once and a while to "treat" themselves. People that view the green movement as a trend. I would hope reading it would then stimulate someone to seek out and then apply direct action within their community, instead of saying "oh that was neat" and then driving to the store for a jug of milk.

Although written for "activists" in the US, there are still some really useful and relevant tips for our own local activists. Have definitely inspired me to check out more about FairTrade and eating/buying locally, seasonally and sustainably here in Singapore.

Looks pretty cool with some simple ideas to help our poor declining world! I'm excited :o)

Heavily geared towards the US. Of limited usefulness to anyone not American.
