I book talked this to a group of 3rd grade students today and they loved it! Many of the tricks in the book are really easy to learn, so easy that I learned a card trick before the visit. The layout of the book is easy to understand, and it includes the building blocks of coin and card tricks and tips on presentation.

I'm sure there are other amazing magic trick books, but many of other ones my library owns are a bit cumbersome and difficult to parse. This will definitely be a booktalk go to.

Excellent introduction to magic. Suitable for children but useful for adults, too.
