Great cookbook for students...all you need for most dishes is a microwave. Also great for not so great cooks (like me). This would also be a good book for someone going into the military; sometimes all you have is a communal microwave to make your food. Could also come in handy as part of your emergency preparedness supplies.

Not a book I'd recommend or give to my kids.
Very dated, and many recipes not very nutritional.

Clearing out some of my cookbook collection. I think I got this one way back in college as a gift. It's definitely for the starving college student type and not super nutritious but it's all good lol
