I have come to the conclusion that books of Megatron's length are possibly perfect, and this short novel (very short) is no exception. Though it still participates in the exceptional.

Adam Zachary does a wonderful job in this book, with the POV of their narrator, of making Anna--the character around which the whole book revolves--feel like a real person. This is such a tight novella. It sucks you in then gets you when you're not expecting it. Looking forward to reading more of this author's fiction!
