must read for anyone interested or part of a virtual team. this was one of the 1st books i read that shed much light on the power of IT to transform organizations and is a surprisingly easy text to read. several case studies are given and particularly recall the Li & Fung case study being quite impressive given their ability to virtualize the supply chain in the garment industry!
