I loved the author's "Rad Women Worldwide" and was excited to pick this book. This is one inspiring journal. The kind that wants you to sit down and pen your thoughts, motivate you when you are feeling down, rekindle your inner passion, and also ponder about your dreams and ambitions in life. The quotes and illustrations are awesome. The list of rad women in the journal at the end was helpful. Bear in mind that this is not a book of quotes, but a journal with quotes peppered here and there. I wo ...more

This journal is really cool. I'm a huge fan of the Rad Women books, so this is the perfect companion. I love the ratio of prompts to blank pages, and the inspirational quotes are great. Also, Jazz and JKR are on the cover so it automatically wins points there. I think I might keep this for my daughter when she's older!

Awesome prompting journal with inspiring quotes, eclectic design, and pages that allow for freedom of expression. If you are one who enjoys to journal, this is one to add to your collection!

I am marking as read, but this will be a journal I use for quite a while.

This is a beautifully illustrated journal full of inspirational quotes from powerful women throughout generations. Some pages even have prompts to inspire you. My favorite is a section where you can write a list of a all your favorite books and it encourages you to draw them as well. There’s all kinds of prompts from lists, drawing a self-portrait, writing poems, looking back on memories, and writing future goals and how to achieve them! There’s plenty of historical ladies and ladies of today li ...more

I'd previously read and reviewed 'Rad Women Worldwide' by Kate Schatz and Miriam Klein Stahl, and that's a really good book, so I was very excited to see another book come up by the same authors. This isn't just a blank journal. It's full of Klein Stahl's wonderful black-and-white illustrations of inspirational women, next to their quotes. These quotes give you something to think about and journal about. Overall it's a beautiful book and when you've filled it with your thoughts, it will be a kee ...more

This a journal is an empowering book for women and girls filled with influential quotes and illustrations of some of the most famous and idolized women in the world today.

The idea is that we can use this journal to express ourselves in any way we want, with our own doodles or quotes, stories, poems or whatever the heck you want to fill the space with!

It is a great journal to allow us to dream big of our life we want and how to achieve it step by step like the women mentioned have done.

Many thank

I already have plans for my copy. I'm planning on doing pictures for each woman based on the things they are known for and fought for, that way it's easy to know more about them than just a quote because we don't always need words. I also plan on doing some of the prompts offered.

Scattered through this journal there are illustrations of feminist heroes from around the world with a mini bio and a quote from each. It would make a great gift for young/teenage girls and fans of Rad American Women A-Z and Rad Women Worldwide, by the same authors.

This journal is, as titled, RAD. It’s filled with the most empowering quotes from the most empowering women. It’s also incredibly diverse, from women in all types of jobs, and of all races, nationalities, sexualities. The journal is built to allow for writing, scribbling, and drawing.

This is the journal for that brilliant and creative person in your life, and would make a terrific gift! In fact, that’s probably what I am going to do with mine. Because I am so picky about how my journal is struct

I was lucky enough to snag a review copy of Rad Women Worldwide , part of Kate Schatz and Miriam Klein Stahl's "rad women" series, which began with 2015's Rad American Women A-Z: Rebels, Trailblazers, and Visionaries who Shaped Our History . . . and Our Future! From concept to execution, I adored Rad Women Worldwide, and was over the moon with e

A little more than a year ago I started journaling and I haven't stopped since. I love journaling and I have about 4 fully written journals (two of them are quite small), AND a reading journal where I log in my reading activity, books I've bought, quotes I like, and even shows and movies I've watched throughout the month. I LOVE IT!

BUT maybe, prompted journals are not for me. Or maybe, this journal is not for me. I've seen some cool prompted journals at stores but I've never bought one before. I
