A really good book to understand not only concepts about strategic planning, but also practical step to administer it.
I will give it 5 star, if only it were structured not confusingly. The second / third chapter should be chapter 6. Read chapter six after you read the first chapter, and go back to chapter 3 and forward.

a book with a lot of useful content and strategies, but definitely not easy to read.
Some of the phrases are too complex and the structure is just wrong.

I would recommend it as a reference book because the information from it is really valuable.
