Canmore & Kananaskis Country: Short Walks for Inquiring Minds

Rate this book
Kananaskis Country is Alberta's most popular recreation area, covering over 4000 square hectares of the Canadian Rockies south and east of Banff National Park. The country is mountains, forests, lakes, glaciers, canyons. Its diverse topography is reflected in the varied nature of the walks, over 60 described, which include all the interpretive trails, a selection of other short walks, plus five in the town of Canmore itself. Whatever your choice, all trails are well marked and require no expertise on the part of the walker.

Great little book. Lots of great pictures, has great short hikes in it. Small enough to carry in backpack.
