Lost & Found is a small collection of short stories from the offbeat imagination of Scott Baron. Overflowing with absurdity and whimsy, these four little tales offer single-serving bites of absurdity, whimsy, and delicious amusement. Six-year old gunslingers out for revenge. Sprawling kingdoms hidden just beneath the city. Sci-fi battles in a most unlikely environment. And an encounter with an unusual bridge troll by river’s edge.
Scott Baron is an American author with a penchant for oddball stories with O. Henry-esque twists.
Born in Hollywood, Baron credits growing up in Los Angeles with skewing his humor towards the offbeat and absurd. He studied abroad in Italy during his college years, returning to Los Angeles to work in the film industry as an on-set medic. In addition to writing shorts and novels, Baron is also a screenwriter of both feature and television scripts.
A small collection of four short stories. They vary from a western with a six-year-old gunslinger to science fiction to a reimagination of a classic fairy tale to one I'm not sure how to classify. The thing each story has in common is that they're offbeat, well-told, and quickly suck the reader into their strange worlds. At least it did this reader.

The unpredictable nature of each and every story keeps the pages turning. I guessed a dozen different endings while I read and I was wrong in all of them. A great read!
Annnddd here we are again, giving 5 stars to another collection of shorts from Scott Baron.
Geez. They're just so good. You've got different genres, funny stories and if your really think about it there are some deeper themes that I'm probably just reading into but they are totally there.
Such a good little book of stories. I love it. You'll love it. So read it.
I really enjoyed these stories, particularly Lost and Found. It was fantastic, but entirely believable, and it has some definite insights into our hectic culture.
I hope there is a place like "lost and found". That would be so cool!!. I would probably move there and been the more happier, I can make some stories up or draw on some walls, something. These stories were awesome and open your imagination to things you are going threw or other child hood stories you have read in the past. DAMN GOATS!!!!
