The first half of the book covers why or how one might end up with endometriosis and while it was enlightening it wasn't my favorite part of the book. No, that came towards the end of the book where they list recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I tried several recipes with great success. They have a monthly meal plan you can try. Overall I found seeing more recipes and a kind of plan gave me hope and made me excited to experiment with my cooking and gave me insights into why I feel the way I do.

Those who suffer from endo understand how difficult it can be to obtain real, good information on the diagnosis. I was recommended this book through the r/endometriosis channel on Reddit—I’m so glad. I think most importantly the information they give about endometriosis as a whole is super valuable. The diet aspect afterwards is super helpful but I valued the first section more. There are things I learned that will change my day to day habits and thoughts surrounding my endo diagnosis.
